酒店整體的入住體驗不錯，從辦理入住就能感覺到前台工作人員的熱情，還升級了房間。酒店位於蘭州市著名的免費景區五泉山下廣場。這裏交通便利，向東兩公里就到蘭州火車站。周邊店鋪林立，購物吃飯逛街都十分方便。順着五泉下廣場向北有三家比較有名的牛肉麪，佔國、思博湖、舌尖尖。房間的衞生、設施、服務都值得肯定，入住舒適，智能化控制也不錯。早餐的味道挺好，推薦入住。

助洗衣機，烘乾機，洗衣服很方便 ，房間衞生也很乾凈，前台的小哥哥，小姐姐服務很好，酒店早餐很豐盛。

衞生都OK，服務也不錯，但是有幾個很大的問題，供大家參考:
1.位置比較偏僻，沒有停車場，衹能停路邊，且早上有交警貼罰單
2.昨晚上入住後，洗完澡後，衞生間燈壞了，關不了，等了半小時才有人來維修，且沒有修好，搞到12點過才衹能説把房間電全拉閘才能睡覺，體驗不好
3.沒有任何人對這件事負責或者説過一句抱歉的話，嗯，服務就這樣吧

距火車站較緊，樓宇及房間較其它維也納酒店小很多，差點就成了"迷你型"，設施衞生及環境一般般，服務不咋的，早餐較其它維也納酒店晚半小時才開，要趕飛機，無時間品嚐，無發言權。
