This is the second time that we are in this hotel. We think that it is good located and the staff was helpful with us.
The second time the furniture of the room was not so good as the first time but the room was huge and clean.

This hotel is in a brilliant location - go down the stairs (there is no lift) at night and you are in the middle of the night market. There are also many restaurants on the street for day time eating. If you arrive by subway, you want exit D, then go to your right a few hundred metres and cross Zhangye Road.
Everything seemed clean, but the bed was particularly firm, they don't supply free water (but do sell it) and my room card had to be set each day.. I didn't have any problems with noise, and the hotel is only one floor up.

Great location on the night food market. The room was a bit noisy and the bed not the most comfortable.
