特別好，衞生環境超級好，服務態度超滿意的，送東西也特別快，退房時間到了也沒用催我，而是耐心等待着，還有服務態度很好的阿姨會問你需不需要打掃衞生。

到蘭州太晚了，就隨手訂了這個酒店，旅遊旺季，價格高還勉強能接受，但房間實在是太差，明明定的家庭房，三人間，就放了兩個牙刷，找打掃衞生的阿姨再要一個，還説房間本來就衹有兩個，一個牙刷能值幾毛錢？😓訂房間明明備註要高層，不要角落，結果就給了五樓，還正好是拐角處，房間窗户是壞的，外面拉不動，裏面一層不擋光，早上六點多就這樣了，衞生間洗漱盆也是壞的，按下去就再也按不動了，以至於刷牙洗臉都得在浴室裏麪，四五百一晚的房間，整體感受實在是太差了。

經常住你們家酒店，這次真的很生氣，我讓前台延遲退房2點，前台同意了，我在房間睡覺呢客房服務員門都不敲直接刷卡就要進門，還好有門上的門栓呢，我喊的及時客房服務員沒有進來，但是也沒有道歉就走了？！前台我讓送張房卡上來語氣很不耐煩，咋了我沒付錢嗎？還是這點活幹不了呢？我2點退的房，再次期間沒有收到酒店任何人的道歉，請問作為酒店，客房是客人最私隱的地方，我最生氣的是你們基本的門也不敲，直接刷房卡，客人的私隱不顧嗎？你們客房不做培訓嗎？沒有任何道歉是沒有錯嗎？

房間衞生乾淨整潔，打掃阿姨楊小蘭服務很熱情，早餐很豐富，提供早餐的阿姨張秀草服務很周到，給人感覺很親切，很主動的幫忙我們。早餐是自助的，可以隨意選擇自己喜歡的，水果很新鮮，還提供酸奶，吃的很飽。
