房間在六層 衹有一層 洗手間對着床 而且洗手間很小 而且酒店沒有安保.
我們住了五天 換了一次床單，最奇葩的是客房搞衞生的，垃圾桶直接把垃圾倒了，然後也不換垃圾袋，問她為什麼這樣做，她説是她老闆要她這樣做的。呵呵，然後讓她換垃圾袋，黑着臉，好像欠她幾百萬一樣，看來她是怕她們酒店生意太好，放心，就這樣的，也不會太好生意。
還有紙巾 本來就很小，而且衹放小半包，説是公司規定衹能放那麼多，而且紙巾質量超級差，好吧，這就是300多的酒店，漲見識了。還不如一百多的賓館。
這樣的服務，這樣的設施，錢多的可以去試試。
本人常年出差，這是住過最奇葩的酒店。

酒店在一棟樓上電梯很破舊，上去之後前台沒有人等了十分鐘，告訴我們我們家庭房全部是無窗的房間，攜程訂單上寫的是 部分無窗 那請問你無窗為什麼要寫部分無窗，房間的衞生很糟糕地上沒有打掃的垃圾，洗臉池上的垃圾，衞生間浴室特別的小，洗臉池上面的燈是一閃一閃的，房間不隔音隔壁搬個凳子都能聽見，排風扇是壞的開了沒動靜，情侶的話還是別選擇在這家酒店了吧很影響情緒，失望至極也不知道攜程怎麼選的酒店

酒店就在地鐵口，很方便，離白塔公園也很近。酒店的房間也很舒服。在張掖街步行街上，非常便利！但是前台的服務卻非常不好，當天是蘭州入夏以來最熱一天，房間是無對外窗户的，空調製冷不好，也衹有半幅出風，晚上八點多就要求前台給修理一下，前台看後嫌我們調的温度太低，説要調高温度空調才管用，但其調整後仍不製冷。然後找維修人員，但直到快十點才來維修人員，維修人員僅清理了進風過濾網就説好了，但屋內仍然二十八九度，維修人員堅持説空調已經修好了，我們要求換房間前台説沒有房間了，由於前台剛上班三四個月，我們跟前台説你要是定不了我們打電話跟老闆通話，前台一直也不給聯繫。沒辦法打攜程客服，客服聯繫酒店，酒店説空調就衹能修成這樣，攜程問能否換房，酒店説沒房，攜程問能退單嗎？酒店説也不能退單。攜程客服也被搞敗。這時恰逢一個剛入住的小兩口未説明原因的退了房，我們換了他們的房間，酒店退了我們的差價。但是時間已經到了半夜十二點左右了。我們入住的放間號碼是8620。非常不好的入住體驗。

在寸土寸金的地段，房間小一點是可以理解的，裏面味道不是很能理解，而且浴室真的賊拉垮，洗個臉胳膊都能撞牆説（真的很小），而且感覺地板有點晃。無線網也用不了很卡，逛街看中山橋都很方便，但是六樓啊，爬玩了一天累了回去，爬樓梯真的是要命。修了一天也沒有修好，扛着行李從六樓又下來。😭😭😭

怎麼説呢 國慶這個價格，這個路段，還要什麼自行車。坐落在最熱鬧的張掖街，離地鐵也不遠去哪裡都很方便。如果不是追求特別好的環境或者服務，衹是臨時住幾天作為旅遊的落腳點已經夠用了。
沒拍酒店裡麪的照片，總之還行吧，也不臟。照片是酒店附近的商業街晚上的樣子。可以晚上逛的晚點也不用擔心回去。
