房間是一個很深的巷子，很爛的門，進去院子是個蒙古國，是一間衹有幾個平米，很小的很小的一間平房，無暖氣，很陰，很潮濕，床很低很冰涼，無法睡覺。價格還很高。大家一定不要再上檔了！！！
出遊千萬不要住這家賓館！！

被子枕頭味道比較重，和介紹有出入，地理位置不好，比較吵！晚上蚊子特別多，渾身咬了十幾包，和我想的差距比較大，下次出行應該不會再選擇這家酒店，簡單説下我的入住經歷

賓館和酒店確實有分別，入住體驗感極差，前台在一個地方，住的房間距離前台差不多兩公里，晚上蚊子特別多，使用公共衞生設施，極差，就簡單來説是一個把自己的房間改造成賓館的類型，唯一的好處就是離西站近，除此以外都是缺點，極差。價格還貴，不如去住酒店。

感受非常差，明明圖片是三人間，老闆換了一張沙發床，不提前告知。還説什麼三張床一進門像監獄，沒有這種設定，就讓人很無語。老闆態度也非常傲慢，冷笑着説話。瞬間對蘭州都沒有了好印象！！服務業是這樣搞的嘛？

都較差，通常酒店是1 2點以後才退房，我十一點左右去退房，這酒店説已過退房時間，我去理論，他説他們和別的酒店是不一樣，就要早。

我的評價是一坨大便，虛假宣傳以及欺詐消費者，房間詳情頁寫的是私人衞浴，然後你給我搞個大學那種的公共廁所？24小時熱水就是走廊盡頭有一個不知被用作什麼都臟兮兮的燒水壺，電視就是公共空間掛的那個破舊的東西？別的不説，我衹説你的房間所在的位置，烏漆嘛黑的小區最裡麪的一排平房，進出那麼多人安全都沒法保證，我指出你的虛假宣傳你強詞奪理倒打一耙，抱歉，我不吃這個虧，我不會住那麼危險且偏僻的地方。此外服務態度惡劣，你當然可以刪我的評論，因為你轉的是你不應得的錢，希望你能要點臉。我在攜程管家已經投訴成功了，我學法律的我根本不吃這個虧，辣雞。

很無語，這家旅館真的丟蘭州人民的臉，一個**男，一個彪悍女，嚇**了，惹不起，你兩個是大爺，建議攜程取消它在平台的展示，以防更多的人上當…我實在不願意這輩子有這樣讓人難過的旅遊經歷，人在做天在看，不多説了，以後也不想來這個城市了
