Especially Xiao Yang, who speaks softly and treats people sincerely and kindly, makes people feel at home! The hotel looks ordinary from the outside, but it feels different as soon as you enter the lobby. The decoration is simple and warm! When you enter the room, it looks fresh and clean. The toiletries are complete and practical, and they are also equipped with environmentally friendly slippers. The details are well done! Housekeeping staff are also very nice. The breakfast is simple, healthy, delicious and fresh. I will come again to Lanzhou - a low-key and restrained food city with friendly and warm people! !

酒店前台略有簡單，但前台服務相當熱情，礦泉水無限供給，帶的小孩，就把小孩的拖鞋、牙具，礦泉水一塊給你，讓人就感覺很貼心，上到客房，很驚喜，衞生乾淨整潔，冰箱、保險櫃，都一一齊全，進入房間，空調温度早已調好，24小時熱水，説實話，軟件服務都很不錯，很暖心，很貼切，停車方便，周邊小吃街各種美食，真的很不錯，很滿意，跟親朋好友都推薦了這家店，來蘭州首選哦！開心😃……旅途，美好的心情從這家酒店開啟！

Great location! The hotel is right by the Yellow River, and you can see it flowing just across the road from your room. Turn right when you leave, and it's just 50 meters to Mogouyan Beef Noodles. It's also very convenient to get to the Provincial Museum. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. The hotel has its own parking lot, which isn't huge, but since it wasn't a holiday peak, parking was easy. Besides the facilities and breakfast, it's pretty much a perfect score. The facilities are a bit basic and show their age; the window wouldn't close, and when they sent someone to fix it, they just told me not to open that window. The door lock couldn't be deadbolted. Breakfast was very simple with limited variety, and the hotel's beef noodles weren't good.

Environment: The window overlooks Xiaoxihu Park, and the Yellow River Mother Statue is just a short walk across the lake. Transportation is also convenient, as it's only 50 meters from the subway station. Facilities: Relatively complete, with a laundry room. Unfortunately, there are no family rooms available. The bathroom only has a handheld shower, no overhead shower. Service: Excellent service. Free parking is provided, with approximately 20-30 spaces on the ground and in the backyard. A small gift is given upon check-out. Cleanliness: Perhaps due to its proximity to the lake, the room had a slightly damp smell, but otherwise, the cleanliness was impeccable.

一份早餐，暖了整段旅途 這次入住的酒店，用一份“意外早餐”徹底戳中了我的心！從進門開始，前台員工小許就帶着特別親切的笑容，辦理入住時速度很快，還沒等我詢問早餐相關，對方就主動説：“看您是第一次入住，特意給您贈送一份早餐，明天早上7點到10點在一樓餐廳就能用。” 本來衹是基礎房型的預訂，沒抱太多期待，結果這份早餐直接拉滿了體驗感。第二天去餐廳發現，早餐種類特別豐富，熱粥、現做的麪條、新鮮水果、烘焙點心一應俱全，食材新鮮又乾淨，連咖啡都煮得很醇厚。 住下來還發現，酒店細節也很到位：房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟親膚，晚上特別安靜。退房時前台還主動問住得是否滿意，有沒有需要幫忙的地方。 一份免費早餐看似小事，卻能感受到酒店的用心——不是敷衍的福利，而是真的想讓客人住得舒服。這種把細節做到實處的服務，比任何華麗宣傳都管用，下次來這座城市，肯定還選這裏！
