Staff is unfriendly and rooms not clean well at all

Chose this hotel due to its price and proximity to where i needed to be. Ive stayed at a few Days Inns before, and this one was well below the quality of the ones ive stayed in prior. Positives...the room was big and the bed linens were clean. The building itself was in a major need of refreshing. Hallway had an odd smell to it. The paint was old. Tiles were cracked in the shower. The toilet was too close to the wall and it was installed on an angle Towards the wall, making it difficult to use. There were no stoppers in the sink or tub drains. Tub looked in need of being replaced. Towels looked old and had stains on them. Housekeeping had left an old pillowcase on the sofabed (which had looked worn out and needed to be replaced) Overall, this Days Inn served its purpose of being a place to rest for the night. But it would need major work done to it before i would consider using them again.

Condition of room was poor. No coffee or drinks available. No tv guide and the remote was in terrible condition. Top two buttons were pushed partway down into the remote. Had trouble turning the TV on. More trouble turning it off. Finally pulled power plug to get it off. Will not use this place again. Price and location brought me here. Still not worth the price.

Staff was very friendly. The property is dated and some renovation has started. No breakfast as advertised on website.

Unable to use hair dryer because no place to plug it in. Strong air freshener in room wondering what was being covered up.

Beds had bed bugs, the sink in the bathroom did not work, the heater in the room was very liw, no matter how high i put it and the clerk when i checked in had a bad atttitude. I checked in early, as my van service got me to the hotel early. The clerk told me they were still cleaning the rooms, so i told him i had no place to go till 3pm, he turns to me and says, you cant tell me you have no place to go, you are early and they are still cleaning. Overall. If i can avoid that hotel again in the future i will.

Rooms where old, moldy smell and mold in tub and sink. Very small toilet and broken fixtures. Dirt in tiles and very smelly in hallways. Old and small TV and 90% of the channels where distorted.

Nothing really unique accept the location. Interior could have been more carefully tended to. Chipped and poorly painted common areas. But very comfortable room.

Property outated for starters. Personally it would not concern me if the property was outdated or vintage, if it was maintained. Vintage properties are actually sought after by some. This property may be in some kind of maintenance period however it only shows where paint has been applied by a novice. Overall it met the basic needs of a shelter, like a tent would. The bathroom sink was difficult to use due to the faucet being hard to move (push off, pull on style), the door knob on the inside was semi crushed and we did not close the door while no one was in it for fear of locking ourselves out (lock set and the latches only opened from the inside knob), the hair dryer was unusable because you can't physically plug it in, the vent did not move any air while we were here. The room was a suite and did not have a coffee maker even though it was listed as such. There is no breakfast. The property is listed as having a restaurant and bar on site, however it closed some time ago. Outside of our window was a pool, half full of water and debris. In the second building, the tenants have random items on their balconies, probably locals but definitely takes away from the properties potential aesthetics. There was no coffee when we arrived around 5pm and the offering in the morning was strong enough to peal paint.

The only thing that was good was the comfy bed! It smelled looked run down in lobby elevator was the worst smell and the heat air vents in room caked with dust! Toilet dirty bathroom Amenities already opened!

The experience was horrible, they gave me a room where the bathroom door was broken, the water in the bathtub did not drain, it smelled of humidity. The hallway in the room had no light, I had a horrible night because they didn't want to refund my money until the next day and I had a baby.

Several lights in my room didn't work the light above the vanity did not work and was in really crappy condition with wires hanging out when I brought it to the hotel staff attention the next morning she wanted to argue with me that all I had to do was ask for another room! They failed at reserving me a room that was in adequate condition. I don't need to be making phone calls in the middle of the night to let the staff know that my room is inadequate. That's their job.

I was given queen size room by front desk I try to let lady know I booked a king size room she stated screaming at me my room is king size till I give her key card saying wrong room number.
