The hotel is right in front of the train station. There are plenty of restaurants near by.

Room is clean and spacious

The room is big and clean. There is no double bed with separate beds. It is a big bed with two small beds put together. It is also very comfortable.

The room is bright and sunny, and the area is spacious and grand, which is rare in Europe. It is clean and sanitary, equipped with a small bar, excellent sound insulation, fresh and silent air conditioning, and the sound of trains cannot be heard at all when the window is closed. The sauna room is equipped with dry steam and wet steam, as well as a comfortably designed public rest area and personal rest area. It is considerate for guests, the front desk has a friendly smile, and the service is thoughtful. The transportation is convenient, the train station is at the door, and there are many supermarkets such as Rewe nearby

The surrounding area is very convenient, with food supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, and German specialty restaurants. The hotel service is very good, the waiter speaks good English, communication is barrier-free, the breakfast is also rich, and the yogurt is super delicious

We stayed at the Parkhotel for one night over New Year's Eve. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and nothing was left to be desired. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to explore everything in the hotel. But we will definitely come back and do it again. We can only recommend the hotel. ☺️👍🏻 Kind regards from Osnabrück

The breakfast is great, a classic German hotel breakfast, and very rich! The transportation is very convenient, and the public transportation line S is right at the door! For some travelers going to the outlet mall in Stuttgart, there is a bus at the door!

I had to ask for the upgrade and to prove I had that benefit, , and about the benefits of being platinum.

We didn’t get the early check-in or a room upgrade that should have been offered (but I understand these are only if available). However, free parking was included. Shame that breakfast that used to be included in the room rate is now charged at €20 per person. Hotel and rooms are always impeccable.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks 4 years ago and then for a week this year. As we were in the process of moving to and from Germany, I really appreciated the space and abundant flat surfaces for organizing our stuff. I thought we would have a king bed but it was just two small beds pushed together. I had a vague memory that we could request a bed topper to go over both beds, so after our first night I asked. Oddly, they are only available in certain rooms and can't be moved, but we were able to change rooms in the afternoon. It was an improvement but the beds are still too firm-probably the only disappointing thing about this hotel.
