The b&b is in a great location, The rooms is big & clean, kai kai is also very friendly & helpful.
I highly recommend everyone to choose to stay at this hotel. The b&b is very nice.

This is my second time staying here, and it is the same high standard. The room is clean and modern. The boss is kind and helpful, and even gave me a gift! Drinking tea and chatting with the boss is very enjoyable.

The hotel is located right beside old town, it is easy to access, many food vendors and restaurants to choose
They dont have elevator in house, if you carry a big luggage, it is quite hard to lift to the room. No mattress at washing sink, so uncomfortable with wet feet all the times, no room cleaning everyday. Wifi is not consistent, not a English-friendly hotel
The most highlight point is Mr. Mo, he helps us a lots for tour and bike renting, thanks to him, his hospitality is a big plus

1. Hotel details listed online were wrong. When we arrived at the lobby, they told us that our room was at a different branch even though the hotel we booked was for that location.
2. Hotel room is different from what we paid for.
3. Hotel room was dirty.
4. Friendly people at the second branch though.

The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from Lijiang Ancient Town, which is very convenient for travel. The front desk reception was very enthusiastic and helped lead the way to the parking lot. Because Lijiang is very dry, I asked for 2 more bottles of water, which they were happy to give. When I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, I was invited to drink tea in the lobby. It was a very satisfactory stay. Recommended

The owner of the B&B is very good. Since there are stairs and boxes, he will help me carry them up. I arrived late in the morning and he helped me check in. The room was very comfortable and upgraded. The mattress was especially good and very useful for travel fatigue. It was very quiet to sleep at night.
