Really nice designed hotel. The entry, the yard, the room are all decorated nicely. Tranditional style room but facilities are well-prepared & modern. Guest are totally secured to enjoy. (There is also washing machine & garment dryer in public area). Must try for whom prefer Chinese trandiational house/room. Staffs are extremely nice, funny, kind & helpful (especially Xiao Yuan, the guy with blond hair). They advise the good restaurants, good souvenir shop, introduce the tour. Even take us to the restaurant/shop/service shop they introduce, care abt our experience there. We were served welcome drinks (nice tea & flower cakes) so many times & many fresh fruits during 3 days there. Breakfast is simple but really good-taste. High-recomend for the noodle named mixian. Another plus point is the hand-some & friendly 🐶. Our xiao shuai ge😆 Location is also good. Only abt 100m fr the South gate of old town, convenience for taxi approaching. Abt 10’ walking to the center part of old town so you can both enjoy the quiet & peaceful atmosphere of old town as well as the exciting activies in the center. By the way the old town street is tidy, both local citizens & visitors keep it clean. The only thing wish them to improve is shampoo (a bit dry for hair) & water heater (a bit hard to adjust the temperature). Anyway these are just really small things, wont effect to your enjoying.

Fantastic hospitality paired with strategic location in a beautiful setting. It is so quiet during night for great sleep! This was the hotel we enjoyed the most during our 3 weeks travel in China.

The environment is very homely and relaxing, the location is good it is in a quieter part of the ancient city so not too busy. Xiao Jing from the hotel was so helpful and even helped me speak to hospital staff by doing translation for me on the phone. I recommend Anyin highly

Love the place and extended my stay instead of moving to another hotel, however hotel forget to clean the room and after returning from a tiring trip to the snow mountain, we came back to a uncleaned room which was disappointing. In addition, booking says that we will be provided with sweet soup at night, but we did not get any throughout the 3 nights stay.

Could not recommend this place enough! Had an amazing time here. The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially 小京! He helped us book a private car to Shangri-La and Dali. We also wanted to buy tea as gifts, and 小京 brought us to a local tea house to sample various teas. We originally booked only 1 night, but decided to stay an additional 2 nights after our first day in Lijiang. When we arrived the staff sat us down to explain the best sites and restaurants in the Lijiang old town. They also helped us plan our day trip to Shangri-la and book a last-minute car to Dali after we missed our train. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel is very beautiful with many spaces to sit and relax both inside and outside. Also the pup is so cute and friendly! We even got to take him on a walk with 小京 to the tea shop.

Staff provided extra-effort service. One member walked to the street with me help to find a cab. He gave directions to the driver, which was helpful. Staff was polite, friendly, and competent.

Cozy, pretty, traditional house near the south gate of Lijiang old town. I would say it can't be better. I stayed here 5days, exploring lijiang and hiking. I felt here like home. All staff are very kind and supportive. There is a staff who can speak English, Xiao Jing. She is so kind and helped me a lot. I haven't searched detailed information before I came and I asked many questions, she tried to find out all thing I needed with smile. Breakfast is good as I am a noodle lover, they serve Chinese rice noodle everyday, it was good. The house is decorated beautifully with many plants and flowers. Tea and snacks are provided in the common area. I will definitely be coming back with my family next time :)

Amazing stay. Location is very great : inside the old town, close to the south gate (convenient for transportation), but in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are big, nicely decorated. Just a bad point : the water of the bathroom is not very hot . Breakfast was delicious and staff amazingly helpful (food recommendations, drivers to go to dali, etc)

It was my first time to visit Lijiang. The hotel was in the edge of the old town, which is much better than those in the center of the town, because it has less crowds. The service was good but the room cleanness was a little bit off. I enjoyed the quietness and the architecture style. It was a decent experience.
