A peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, and the staff provided a very thorough explanation of all room amenities. The afternoon tea pastries were delightful. It was so thoughtful of them to prepare a surprise bouquet when we mentioned we were on our honeymoon!

Absolutely perfect! The staff, especially the ladies and the bellhop, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and we even received an upgrade. Overall, a truly wonderful stay.

Stumbled upon a hidden gem! This place is perfectly situated right in Lijiang's Old Town, boasting a fantastic ambiance. It's just a 2-minute walk to Mu's Residence, and there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. The rooftop offers stunning panoramic views of Lijiang, and enjoying tea up there in the evening was truly delightful.

The facilities are excellent and the hotel is spotless. It also boasts a rich history, having hosted numerous celebrities and won many prestigious awards. The front desk staff, especially the wonderful lady who assisted us, was incredibly warm and proactive. She even reached out days before our arrival to confirm our itinerary and ensure everything was perfectly arranged for our stay. The personalized service was truly exceptional. The hotel's Naxi architectural style is charming, and its location right in the heart of the Ancient Town is unbeatable. Our entire family unanimously agreed this was the highlight of our accommodations on this trip. Highly recommended!

My Guesthouse Experience in the Ancient Town - This Place Deserves All The Praise! I arrived in Lijiang Ancient Town late last night and checked into the guesthouse I had previously booked. The moment I stepped inside, I was utterly appalled – the room was covered in mold spots! Since it was already past midnight and I desperately needed rest, I just had to sleep there. The next day, I woke up at 6 AM, feeling thoroughly annoyed by the mosquitoes and the sound of the guesthouse owner soothing their child. So, I immediately searched for other hotels and promptly contacted Bo Xin Yun She, asking if they could come and pick me up. They responded that they could come right away and arrived in less than ten minutes. They apologized for the early hour, explaining that my reserved room wasn't ready yet, but graciously offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Stepping inside, I was absolutely delighted! The room was impeccably clean and tidy. Every single staff member was incredibly attentive and genuinely caring. Even though I arrived at 10:30 AM, they still proactively offered me milk and soy milk, explaining that breakfast had just been cleared and they were concerned I might not have eaten yet. They helped me carry my belongings to the room; everyone was just so warm and welcoming. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Lijiang!
