晚上到的麗江，酒店有車在機場接，到了古城門口工作人員已經在等候了，行李是一位大爺騎着三輪拉到酒店的，房間內毛巾木梳拖鞋也是贈送的，知道我們第二天要早起去玉龍雪山還特意準備了簡餐，從雪山回來還給現熬了薑湯，早餐挺豐盛的，米線特別好吃，每位工作人員都非常熱情，給人一種回家的感覺

非常温暖的一家酒店，員工熱情有禮，比很多高價網紅店有素質。離木府很近，在大研古城亂逛很方便找回去。
接送安排都很方便，條理井然。庭院寬闊，水池邊拍照出片。有露台的房間大小合適，水壓水温到位，可以坐看雲捲雲舒。
床上布草乾淨，竹纖維的浴巾很柔軟，還可以帶走做伴手禮，很贊。
早餐和大部分民宿類似，米線麪條的set，如果能加上餛飩會更好。去麗江住宿推薦！

好久沒有這麼耐心的寫一個評價了，但這個酒店確實給我留下了很好的感受和愉快的心情，酒店位於麗江古城中心位置，在古城遊覽非常方便，房間寬敞衞生，設施齊全，酒店內園區環境優美，可以説一步一景，在酒店最驚喜的有兩點，第一是工作人員的熱情接待，事無鉅細的為顧客服務。第二是酒店有一處樓頂的觀景平台，天氣好的時候可以看到玉龍雪山。麗江是個值得多次遊覽的地方，以後有機會還會再來的，也會還選擇泊心雲舍，真心推薦給大家。

房間很好，給預留了2種不同房型，服務態度太好了，管家服務很貼心，出來旅遊這幾天住的最舒服的床了，位置在古城中心，出古城南門600米左右，離木府很近也；晚上也不吵，站着酒店頂層景色不錯，期待下次再入住體驗。

本人是一個對住宿條件很挑剔的人，這次真的要誇爆這家民宿！從硬件到服務，無可挑剔，秒殺其他民宿，絕對不輸洲際等五星大牌酒店。首先房間大氣開闊，全實木傢俱及裝修很有質感。床品睡着也舒服。各類洗漱用品都是名牌，備有洗面奶，全新的桃木梳子和亞麻拖鞋，以及浴巾都可以帶走，物品雖小但心意無限。疲累了一天回到房間還可以在寬敞的浴缸裏泡玫瑰泡泡浴。還有酒店大堂很氣派，類似圖書館一樣的風格，擺放了很多書籍。一本書加上一杯咖啡，靜坐於此，泊心歸處。另外酒店位置鬧中取靜，晚上很安靜。服務員小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情，及時幫助解決各種問題。如此舒適安逸的入住體驗，以致退掉了後面的酒店，直接在此續住到假期結束。泊心雲舍，以後再來麗江的不二之選！

麗江作為本次家庭旅行的第三站，其實到站後大人孩子在情緒上體力上都是有欠飽滿的，畢竟已經漂泊在外五六天了，中間又輾轉奔波好幾處地方，但來到泊心雲舍，不僅有回家的感覺，更是眼前一亮，立馬回血，精神許多，實屬旅程中的驚喜。先是不可多得的鬧中取靜的優雅環境，位置居於古城中心，去哪裡都很很方便，酒店內觀景台可以俯瞰古城全貌，天氣好的話還能看到玉龍雪山，每一處佈置都用心滿滿，説是“一步一景”絕不為過。再是周到貼心的服務，第一天到達已經很晚，酒店安排了接站師傅很貼心地把我們送到古城門口，適時酒店的工作人員就已經在等候了，全程有管家協調不需要自己操心一點，小朋友因過敏體質不能吃小麥製品，酒店每天早上就會單獨給煮好幾份米線並且配上青菜，這對於當媽媽來説，實在是暖心到家了，不僅如此，每天晚上都有助眠牛奶等候每一位客人。房間佈置也很温馨舒適，全屋智能，最主要的是很很乾凈，帶小朋友的可以安心入住。離開的時候，還有精美的亞麻拖鞋、桃木梳、浴巾禮品贈送，不得不説，各方面細節真的是滿分。最後全家都覺得，沒住夠！
