酒店員工服務很好，很熱情，還送了歡迎水果。房間鋪了一次性四件套，對於愛乾淨的人來説是額外的驚喜了。早餐廳環境非常好，寬敞明亮，還可以一邊吃早餐，一邊看雪山。強烈推薦入住。

很滿意的入住體驗， 大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，一進門就看到了滿盤的新鮮水果，入住體驗直接拉滿。

服務員很熱情，辦理入住也很快，酒店大堂很寬敞，還可以喝茶聊天。房間乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，房間設備都是智能的，比較人性化，床墊用的不錯，很舒服，晚上去健身房健身也很方便，周邊出行打車也很順利，比較不錯的體驗，特別推薦。

酒店在祥和商業廣場內，吃飯、逛街很方便。入住時前台小姐姐免費升級了陽光房，房間寬敞，視野開闊。還送了一份免費早餐。房間有智能控制，很方便。不足之處是被子比其他酒店小，洗護用品品瓶不滿。
