So we pushed the luggage to the hotel by ourselves. When leaving the hotel, I asked if a trolley could be provided to send it out of the ancient city gate. The boss's wife said indifferently, "The employees don't have time to push it back now. You can solve it yourself. Otherwise, I will give you a phone call to provide a trolley. The cost is 30 yuan and you have to pay it yourself." After we went out, we actually saw the boss's employees also came out to pick up new guests, so they just used the cart we pushed out to pick up the new guests' luggage, which was really shocking!!! The hotel didn't take the guests into consideration at all, and charged 30 yuan, which is really too much!!! It has always been the practice for other hotels in Lijiang Ancient Town to use carts for free pick-up and drop-off. Many hotels will even arrange pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station for guests who stay for two or three consecutive days! ! A cart makes guests who spend nearly 2,500 yuan for three consecutive nights feel chilled. Please be cautious when checking in if you have a lot of luggage.
