There’s 2 storey for this room type, find it architecturally interesting! The first storey is entirely ensuite bathroom, where as there’s a narrow stairs in the room that leads to the bedroom. Breakfast is served hot but would recommend if they can provide more variations for guest who stays more than 3 days. Would highly recommend still!

Really good stay! The staff helped carry our luggage from the old-town entrance (where vehicles can’t go) all the way up the cobbled path.
The view from the room was beautiful, breakfast was tasty, and the service felt genuinely warm and welcoming. The only thing to note is that the hotel is perched a bit uphill, so getting there involves stairs/steps. But honestly, with the luggage help it wasn’t an issue at all. Would definitely stay again!

This homestay is perfectly suited for backpackers and offers a truly pleasant stay thanks to the owners' exceptional hospitality.
Location Considerations:
It's important to note the homestay's location midway up Lion Hill. While the setting is lovely, if you're traveling with heavy luggage, you should be aware of the uphill walk. However, the owners are incredibly accommodating.
Exceptional Service:
My experience with their service was outstanding, especially since I was traveling with an injured foot. The owners went above and beyond, not only helping me with my bags upon arrival but also arranging an electric vehicle to transport me and my luggage all the way down the hill to the exit for my airport transfer. This level of care and personal attention was truly impressive.

The breakfast provided was also very good.

Amazing hotel in the ancient city of Lijiang. First they are always available for any information before arriving, we booked 2 tours with them and both were good (and good tour guides)
At the arrival they come to pick up our luggage as no car can enter in the ancient city
We had lunch at their place and was also good
We had a small problem in our room and they fix
They let us stay a bit longer and arranged a taxi and brought luggage to the taxi
One staff member speaks English and it's important for those who do not speak Chinese
The rooms are good (we took the triple room) clean, with all products and comfortable beds
Breakfast is more Asian style but we love it
And the view?....wow ❤️
I think it is the best option for any traveler who wants to stay in a fancy place with one of the best views of the old town and just 2 minute walks from the old town square

多次來麗江古城了 這次入住的酒店 也是朋友推薦的 入住體驗極好 我們是晚上十點的飛機才到 酒店接機服務非常到位 到古城後酒店帥氣小夥己經在接我的地方等候 幫我們拿行李（非常感謝） 酒店在四方街的旁邊 極大方便了出行 酒店設施齊全 非常高端大氣上檔次 不比五星酒店差多少 酒店全免費提供礦泉水 早餐服務也是豐富多樣 我入住的房間 可以觀古城！ 唯一不足少冰箱 下次還會繼續入住 點贊👍

The assistance in carrying our luggage from the taxi drop-off point to the hotel was especially appreciated, given the uneven stone paths, steep stairs, and high-altitude conditions. This level of care reflects the hotel’s commitment to ensuring every guest’s comfort.
