It was a great experience staying in the Mediterranean City of Dreams for 2 nights!
The room is large and new, the bed is very comfortable, and the balcony view is unbeatable;
The breakfast is very rich, the latte coffee is delicious, and the Chinese restaurant is particularly recommended. The barbecued pork and roast duck are very good, completely beyond expectations;

This hotel has lovely bedrooms but the rest isn't so great. It has a real identity issue, the ****** is massive but makes the hotel stink of cigarettes as everyone is smoking. I went to the bar for 30 mins, left and my clothes stink! Who knows what it did to my lungs and skin. The pools are good, but service is slow. Loud music everywhere, especially on a sat and sun when they close the main pool to anyone who won't pay 25 euros! Hotels guests are already paying you! Why would we need to pay again to access the pool at weekends? Prices of food and drink are high and the quality doesn't stack up. The buffet restaurant is like feeding time ay the zoo, staff are really slow. Three hot drinks arrived after waiting 20 mins for them! I only ordered one. Late checkout was £150 for an additional 6 hours which is extortionate. I was also quites three different rates from three different staff ranging from £260 down to £150, seems like the staff don't have a clue. The conference facilities are excellent but the rest isn't worth considering.

This is the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in where you are blocked on Saturdays and Sundays from using the best pool it has. We have experienced two solid days, from first thing in the morning until night, listening to thumping music played at top volume in one side of the hotel, where they hold private pool parties, with no respect for residents in the main part of the hotel, where you might want a little peace and quiet. They seem to be oblivious to the impact this noise has on every one else, yet this facility is part of the hotel itself. If I had booked a holiday in Ibiza, this is what I would have expected, but not here. Service in the bar areas has also been poor, where the staff don't seem to be managed well and your drink may or may not arrive...

We travelled to the City of Dreams and couldn’t be more disappointed. The hotel is basically centred around a huge ******. It is catering for the Jewish market. I had a pint dropped over me without an apology at the beach bar and trying to get into the late night bar it was 1 in, 1 out, unless you were from Isreal and they let you walk straight through! The Asian restaurant is lovely but you are looking out onto the ****** with loud noise and smoking in your ears and nose. Around the pool you have to wear a wrist band for no real reason too! So it’s certainly not a hotel I would return to!

We heared a lot about city of dreams , but when we see it in reel its totally different because its more beautiful, amazing ****** ( hope we will win one day) and the service amazing, we will come every month, but the most amazing thing here its NERMINE, she is a star thank you for everything you did to me and to my family, thank you to see always your smile, Thank you so much for your professionality
