Toilet had a sour smell, water was not consistently heated. Rungs of bunk bed are painful to emplace feet on. They charge € to store luggage with them after check out. Wouldn't recommend

The hostel was a little difficult to find and could do with an outside light on the sign as I arrived in the evening. Other than that it was really lovely, staff were great and very friendly! I was able to check in in the early hours of the morning which was perfect as my flight was a late one. Everything was sign posted throughout the hostel so easy to find showers and toilets and the bed even had a usb and usb-c port in it so that made for an easy charging experience! There’s also a lift which was great after travelling with luggage! Beds were clean and comfortable and it was mostly quiet throughout the night. Would definitely come back for a longer stay, close to local metro stations, lovely cafe called Hygge and the banksy museum which is a must see and very affordable!

The location is conveniently located, accessible through 3 lines of metro. As we visited in winter, we requested a room of 4 with a heating air conditioner. We were accommodated with the request immediately by the friendly personnel there, with a personal bathroom attached! The water pressure was amazing with immediate hot water. The place is clean as they will mop the floor daily in the morning, our room's rubbish is cleared daily, bedsheets and cots are clean. The kitchen is well-equipped which makes cooking convenient. Adequate and healthy breakfast provided too. A happy 7 days stay!

Bit noisy in the morning with the cleaners talking loudly on the corridors and also if the room its next to the toilets you can hear it too .

Really great customer service. It was a busy weekend so I wasn’t expecting the best but all the staff were lovely and made sure to check if anything additional was needed.

The location is good. A lot of good restaurant around. It should have more toilet and bathroom. They were very small and can be crowded.

No shampoo provided and soap. The blanket looks not clean. The breakfast choices are very limited. No. Egg or no fruits etc.

Spacious dorm beds with privacy curtain. Beautiful courtyard to hang out. There’s also a welcome drink!

Really clean and amazing free breakfast considering it was a hostel breakfast

First of all, the price point is amazing. You get breakfast in the morning.. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food, a refrigerator to store food. A lounge area very close to transportation, restaurants and shopping.. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating You will receive a chip for a free beverage when you arrive. I enjoyed my stay.

Extremely good service couldn’t say enough good things about how we were treated. Only problem is the location isn’t great

The staff is friendly, you can use the kitchen, and breakfast is provided.
