1.因為考試所以過來住，比較近。
2.剛裝修的環境還可以，性價比高，之前訂的房型騰不出來就升級其他房型。
3.然後鍋爐聲音特別吵，衹要酒店有人用熱水，睡着都可以把你吵醒，訂的時候給前台講儘量避開鍋爐519這間吧。

元旦節下午臨時訂了兩個房間。酒店離梅花山挺近，出行比較方便。老闆給其中一間免費升級了，服務態度也很好。但是！衞生問題很嚴重！其中一個房間掀開被子直接是臟的，枕頭套是反過來套的，毛髮.....我嚴重懷疑三件套根本沒換，地上也有很多臟腳印 衞生間門後還有煙頭，可能衹換了垃圾袋 根本沒法睡。我很冷靜地去前台要求換床單被套，結果被告知沒有多餘的。前台原話是“最近洗滌公司因為疫情各種原因 我們送過去的都沒洗 沒拿過來，要不用我們員工蓋的毛毯將就一下” 後續我拿了三條乾淨浴巾鋪着睡的。我自己也待過酒店業 想説的是，顧客是先有感觀才有感覺，不管服務態度如何好 基本衞生條件嚴重不達標，入住體驗也是0，

設施：房間的桌板是壞的，不能換也不給休根本沒法放東西
衞生：地上好多黑渣渣看着很噁心
環境：隔音特別差晚上睡覺有嗡嗡的機器聲空調關了還是有根本睡不好
服務：交完按金才説不給開發票説了要給差評勉強給開的走的時候檢查房間説被子有點油漬（吃飯時不小心弄上的）説要扣按金問為什麼他説有油漬要用洗衣液洗要花錢所以扣也就是説之前洗都不用的想想都知道有多噁心
非常不建議大夥出差或者家庭出遊來服務有問題，因為衞生得病得不償失
