The electricity and air conditioning were out of order when I arrived. They didn't tell me before I arrived. I was simply told to look for another hotel. It was 11 pm and raining. This is an extremely unpleasant way of treating customers. A week later, the fault still hadn't been fixed.

環境：11樓內側安靜優雅
衞生：整房地毯清潔，衞生間無異味
設施：椅子靠墊稍顯陳舊

酒店位置挺好，就是設施陳舊，衞生間的推拉門很難拉開，而且聲音特別大，房門貓眼鬆動，根本蓋不上，吹風機的管子都是斷裂的，根本沒法用……

房間可以，配置齊全，還有冰箱，就是裝修有點舊，但是整體入住體檢還不錯，離汽車站近、離火車站也近，值得推薦。

老牌三星酒店，雖然設施比較老舊，但是在火車站附近性價比真的極高，衞生搞得很好，比較乾淨，工作人員也很有禮貌
但是前台居然出了個大烏龍，訂了張大床房，結果房卡用不了，後面沒告知給我換了間標間，最後還重複開卡給別的客人開門進來，這點真的是太不好了

服務：門口沒有保安指揮停車
衞生：地板乾淨，廁所沒有味道，房間空氣清新，床單被子枕頭乾淨整潔，但房間蚊蟲不少
配套設施：舊，中央空調聲音很大很吵，調温開關是壞的。吹風筒很有年代感，長頭髮的人要吹到什麼時候呀？房間內沒有紙巾！！！
其它：晚上睡覺窗户外的聲音很大

不太推薦這家酒店，去前台要個牙刷然後她説什麼標準配的然後不給我們衹能去旁邊便利店買了一個真的無語，然後下午住進去的時候房間也沒有打掃好，地毯也沒鋪，衞生間超級滑，吹風機是那種很老式的那種我二十年沒見過的那種，衞生真不咋地
