The breakfast buffet is good, except for the coffee. The view of the room is quite nice, but the location is a bit far away.

Great hotel, good parking nearby. Lovely staff and fab breakfast. Would recommend a river view room!

Nice breezy walk over at the dock, not too far from OneLiverpool, the shopping and easy access to find food. Staff is moderately friendly. In room amenities is of average but the basic is there. Was disappointed that my in room safe were not functioning. WiFi connection is good, never disappoint me as this is one important factor that I believe is for everyone in this era. Overall, value stay and would recommend if anyone looking for stay.

The hotel is clean, has got friendly staff, and in a good location. But it will be good if they get there own car park so guest don't have to pay for parking elsewhere.

It would be nice if you book the hotel on a sunny day because it’s near the sea. The reception was gorgeous and friendly.

Value for money ! Location is good as it is near to Albert Dock and all restaurants, and also near to Beatles Story and pick up point (Hop on Hop off tour bus) Room size is good with a wide window that you could see the dock.

Everything is good, but the shower was broken, after 0:00, somebody open the door, very noise

Hotel had problems fulfilling 2 nights booking. Hotel failed to provide and pick up ro service request from outside door for breakfast. Once 2nd room was provided we were given access to room already allocated to another family!
