Bivio Hotel Plaza

I recommend this stunning hotel, everything was great and better than I expected. Best location in the heart of city, everythings near, slope on the other side of street. Delicious food qt restaurant and amazing breakfast, you dont know what to eat :) the selection is so huge. Very helpful Staff at reception, always ready to explain or advise everything You need to know, especially big thanks for Micaela and Klaudia they are golden❤️. Wonderful spa with swimming pool and outside jacuzzi help to recovery after a day on skiing.

We have stayed at Bivio numerous times and this was no different. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and dinner, beautiful, clean room. Location perfect for skiing and shopping. Love the jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna. We were bothered by the noise at night in our room, the reception staff managed to get as to move to a better room after two nights. Appreciate it that they listened and reacted to our request. The staff, Renato, Ivan, Tito, Yassin, Domenica and all the others made us feel at home. We are already planning our next trip.

We stayed this time in the new renovated Livigno room, which was really nice and good size. All thinks worked out well. As always the employee in Reception was helpful and smiling. Only thinks I want to mention, is around the breakfast, we came at around 9 am, and the different plates with meet, fruit etc. was more or less empty, the waiter didn't by himself fill up, we had to answer. I believe some extra education and leaning to him will source this problem. All the best from us.

We have just left Hotel Bivio after a lovely one week stay there The new section of the hotel, above the spa is new and comfortable. A bath and a shower were a luxury that most other hotels do not boast. The price was very reasonable. The breakfasts, room and cleanlines of the hotel and rooms were outstanding. The hotel is very very well located. Probably about 100m walk to the gondola. The main part of the hotel has 2 restaurants and a disco. The noise was never a problem. The one restaurant, the bistro was good for dinner.(salmon was a bit dry) We missed out on dining at the Cantina, which looks like s fine dining restaurant. The staff at front of desk were amazing. 3 very helpful young ladies .... always smiling and always helpful . The breakfast staff were also great. Yassin and another young lady were always smiling and accommodating . Well done Hotel Bivio. Will definitely recommend highly.

Lovely hotel, luxorious rooms, great restaurant with a good selection of food on the menu and very good breakfast to. The hotel was situated central in the village. Friendly staff from reception, waiters to the cleaning staff. Great fun at the after ski arrangement just in the front of the hotel. Luzio and his collegues did a great job to intertain and serve at the same time.

Very very good hotel! Everything is fine, all the little things are thought out. Things that you notice only when they are not there or in another example. The room is warm, you can even sleep with the window open and fresh air. Hot water with good pressure and regulation. Enough light in the room in the evening too. Lots of closet space and hangers! Refrigerator, safe, it's a pity that there was no kettle ... Great super breakfasts. I would like to mention the very friendly and professional service staff and especially the waitress Angelica. Very good cuisine for evening meals and choice of different restaurants. Nice spa with saunas and hot tubs. Good quality room cleaning and linen change. Lovely, helpful and friendly girls at the reception. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation!

Always pleasant stay! Staff is great, rooms are for 5 stars Hotel, food and a**osphere in the restaurant , brilliant! We will definitely be back! The SPA has also everything you might need for a relaxing afternoon. Breakfast is top class, everything fresh and tasty.

After midnight late arrival - we were exhausted and hungry. We were met by the most helpful night guard, luggage carried to our room. A delicious platter with cheese and cold cut was prepared for us - a lifesaver! And what a fantastic room! Rough and delicate style. Spacious. Great views through the large window and from the balcony. Healthy and delicious breakfast. Great restaurant with fun and friendly a**osphere. Super friendly staff. Location: Central - in the middle of the pedestrian area. We’ll be back!

Magnicifent hotel in Livigno and you are really getting the feeling when booking the rooms. Have never got such a fast feed back when asking things in emails. Receptionen what wonderful welcome. Spa area nice and calm. Rooms are very nice. Perfect bed and pillows. Bathrobes and slippers. Nice towels. Breakfast -. Outstanding!!!! The restaurant is also very good. Parking garage - suitable for sportscars. We will definitively be back
