Highly recommend this hotel! It’s in a really good location and it’s only a two minute walk from Westfield Stratford. The hotel actioned the request I made to have balloons and petals put into the room as it was my boyfriend’s birthday and wanted to make it a bit more special. They also provided us with two complementary drinks as well as a box of chocolate and a welcome card that wished my boyfriend a happy birthday.

Expensive but worth the money Very unique in every aspect I intended to stay here four days and ended up staying here a whole month The breakfast is remarkable. Unbelievably good smoked fish for breakfast. Chia seeds, etc.. The restaurant is very sophisticated and for example, doesn’t serve desserts not to tempt you with calories if you want desserts you have to go to the first floor café. Very clever. The bar is very lively Extremely interesting guest many from overseas I’m from Hawaii. I know hotels. This one is really an experience and it is one block from the river Thames It’s really feels like a five star hotel

Barber round the corner. Everything else you could possibly want is walking distance. Can't complain about anything. WiFi is decent, but throughput can suffer at times. They could improve it by placing a card reader on the exit doors and entry doors so you don't have to wait for the night shift staff to open up for yah if you get back late. The neighborhood is pretty safe, just avoid talking to strangers even if approached just keep walking, and you should be fine.

The location is excellent — very close to the DLR South Quay station and within walking distance to Canary Wharf. However, there are some drawbacks: the room has no working table or any table available, which makes it inconvenient for work. Additionally, the bathroom is poorly designed, leading to water leaking everywhere after showering.

We decided to stay here because of the NYE fireworks display which could be viewed at the rooftop only to be told that access to the hotel is not an automatic access to the rooftop on New Year’s Eve and the worst thing is that it got sold out. It was just downhill from there because honestly, we made the reservation just for that sole purpose. I wouldn’t call my stay enjoyable really, not because of the services or anything, it was just the disappointment we felt when everything we planned out became null. Probably wouldn’t go there again but it’s a nice hotel in a good location regardless

Location: In South Kensington, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, V&A, and Harrods are all about one kilometer away. Hotel: A typical British hotel, the hotel is clean, the rooms are exquisite, and the service is excellent. You can choose to order breakfast for 20 pounds per person, or go to the famous Pual restaurant nearby for a cup of coffee + freshly baked croissants.
