The hotel is a 5 min walk to Angel Station on the Northern Line. We found it conveniently located, with a few groceries nearby included Mark's and Spencer's, Waitrose and Boots Pharmacy. Nearby are also several nice restaurants including Mangia Bene Italian restaurant, Fann Chinese restaurant and Masigo Korean restaurant. There is also a German bakery judt across the MRT station. We also enjoyed Buns From Home Bakery, and also Pho restaurant a short walk away.
There is also a clinic nearby (London Doctor) at the Business Design Center across from Angel Station.
For those looking for a place to worship, a Catholic church - Saint Peter and Paul Church - is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel on Amwell Street.
The room is cleaned everyday although the sheets may not be changed everyday. Carpets are not super clean but acceptable. Bathroom amenities are not automatically filled up unless requested.
The air-conditioning and TV worked well. As a non-smoking room, we also did not experience any smell of cigarette smoke. The window can be opened partially to let the fresh air in.
All in all, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Top points for convenience to Angel Station and plentiful dining options nearby.
The hotel's location is good, and the service is great. It's close to the subway station, and there's an Asian supermarket nearby with a wide selection of goods. The 1.8-meter bed is very spacious, and the air conditioning works well. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great; you can quite clearly hear people coming and going at night.
The room was a little on the small side, but otherwise, everything was great. It's pretty much what you'd expect from a standard Hilton in the UK. The location is excellent, very close to London Bridge and other major attractions.
As with my previous stay, the front desk is efficient and helpful. One of the two lifts, however, has not been working for the last 3 days. This time we were put on 1st floor facing the front. Traffic noises can be disturbing. Their luggage storage/ retrieval is efficient. My previous stay at pricier hotels, eg Kimpton Fitzroy, Marriott County Hall, took much longer time to find stored luggage. The restaurant downstairs is convenient but frankly not very tasty.
The location is a bit far from Ealing Broadway and town centre and the facilities in guest room or public area is not properly maintained.
The hotel provided me a disabled-facility guest room to a normal traveller and not informing me in advance. And the disabled-facility room is at the farmost end at the floor passing through a few fire-rates closed door in order to access the room. It is not a friendly-design to disabled and also not a good service to a normal traveller.
The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to Victoria Train Station, the bus station, and the Underground. This makes it incredibly convenient for travel, whether you're heading to the airport or exploring the city's sights. The rooms are quite basic, comparable to what you'd find in a typical budget hotel, perhaps a notch below the quality of a Ji Hotel or Atour in China. The traditional English breakfast offered was decent. However, dining options are limited in the immediate area; there are no Chinese restaurants, and very few other types of eateries. For quick meals, you'll find fast-food chains like Burger King and McDonald's within Victoria Station, which is just about 300 meters from the hotel.
Hotel room was cramped, there was barely 50 cm on each side of the bed and the room was shaped like a used shape so it was a little bit claustrophobic. The view outside the window was as purified below and there was construction going on. I struggle to lock the window almost couldn’t which was about 2 m off the ground.
The reception staff were either too busy or just rude. The tea coffee was placed in the cabinet and the pull-out bed fell about 15 cm from the cabinet so it was understandable for me to not be able to find the tea coffee. However when I rang downstairs, they were very helpful And while I walked away to check in case I had missed it they hung up on me. When I called back nobody answered. I just found the Service route on that day that evening. Another group of staff came on mostly mail and they were great friendly and very helpful. I would not book these rooms again. The hotel is great and in a great place but the rooms are not worth the charges.

Bus stop right outside the hotel. We took the bus most of the time instead of the tube. Tube station is just across the street. Very convenient. There are many fast food restaurants close by. Waitrose is just right opposite, perfect for a late night supermarket shopping. Natural history museum, V&A are a few minutes walk away. Room is huge for London standard. Do note that hotel only provide 1 time free bottled water on the day of check in.
