The apartment was spacious and clean with nice views of the London skyline. Downstairs are a few supermarkets which came in handy as we needed to buy an adapter. The kitchen is fully furnaced with stove, oven, microwave, etc. The staff at the reception were very helpfull and check-in was fast and smooth. The location is excellent as it is near the Tower Bridge (15 minutes walk) . The Bus 15 stop is closeby which is a line that crosses many famous spots.

Good location, friendly staff but communal areas not very clean and no gym/ammenties, which is fine, but for nearly £200/night you expect that

One bedroom and one living room. The kitchen is fully equipped but we didn't use it. The washing machine is convenient and the sofa bed is large enough. It's suitable for families with children. It's a bit noisy on the roadside with the sound of cars. The building is under renovation and there are hammer drills after 9 o'clock. The deposit of 50 pounds was not returned for several days after check-out.

The location is first-rate, the transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the tower has a terrace, the view is very good, the front desk is polite, but the shower water pressure is not enough and the water is very weak, but it is worth recommending👍😘

It would be better if someone could clean the room every other day. All equipment is in good condition and the family is very satisfied

The hotel upgraded to a suite for free. It is very worth it for the price in London! You can rest assured that the heating will be very warm when you stay.

The room is a bit old, the location is good, the facilities are complete, 5 minutes walk from the subway entrance, the elevator is not fast.

前台小哥服務很好，幫我們安排了15樓的大平層，景色不錯，洗浴用品是歐舒丹的，附近有2超市和便利店。離地鐵站也不遠。就是外牆在裝修，找的時候入口不明顯。離我們要去劍橋的利物浦火車站一站地鐵。
