Very elegant hotel, the room configuration is very good, there is a restaurant designed by a famous Japanese American furniture designer, but the room is small, but the location is very good

When I remember to review , I do, and I have to HAVE to review The Connaught. We've been coming for a while now, and from our 1st visit., to our most recent (last night) our stays here are Perfect! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are stunning. The bars (all of them) are elegant, full of charm and full of energy. We are always welcomed back by everyone like we're returning home. And we look forward to staying here every time! If you want a hotel with many choices of places to eat and drink (of high quality) if you want the most comfortable beds in existence, if you want the most relaxing pool and steam room, if you want Perfect spa treatments, if you want he BEST breakfast in London,STAY HERE! you're welcome Trip Advisor

The best hotel stay ever. Beautiful building and amazing staff. Will definitely stay again next time in London. Anything you could possibly want or need can be provided by the staff.show tickets, car service to and from the airport, restaurant reservations. Absolutely wonderful experience!

- Beautiful decor - Meticulously clean - Attentive service - Great location These points sum up this hotel…… It’s not cheap but that’s to be expected. The area is my favourite part of London and there are great pubs & restaurants within walking distance

Over priced over hyped and awful to deal with, especially an individual named Phoebe Chan in the events team, the company bully you to pay, asking for multiple private documents, to pay a bill, but delivered in my experience, a very sub standard service from their events department, service and food was crusty, fruit was old, tea was cold, pastries were stale, decor and surrounding were tired and old, flowers in reception wilted, rooms are not that great, staff are not helpful, felt targeted for being ethnic, an awful experience as an event organiser and I urge others to consider that for the money you pay there is better elsewhere in my opinion and experience,

I LOVE The Connaught Hotel. It truly feels like a home away from home. Actually it feels better than home because of the wonderful staff starting with the doormen (hello Carl), reception (hello Andrei amd Mohamed), conciege (hello Manuel) and all the staff at the restaurants and bars especially the Red Room. Thank you one and all and I willl look forward to seeing you all again soon.
