Highly recommend this hotel! It’s in a really good location and it’s only a two minute walk from Westfield Stratford. The hotel actioned the request I made to have balloons and petals put into the room as it was my boyfriend’s birthday and wanted to make it a bit more special. They also provided us with two complementary drinks as well as a box of chocolate and a welcome card that wished my boyfriend a happy birthday.

First time staying here and I would highly recommend. Our special requests were met and the room was spacious and aesthetic.

Beautiful hotel, literally everything you need including a choice of 3 restaurants. There’s also the shopping centre over the road! Our room was perfect from the bed & pillows to the air con Niv on reception was so welcoming and friendly

Enjoyed my stay! The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. They let me check in early and even gifted me a sweet treat to enjoy with my cup of tea. Room was really comfortable and clean, slightly cold as the temp adjusts at a certain cap and shuts off automatically when out of the room. Location is close to train and bus options and Westfield mall. Would stay here again!

Contemporary hotel with young energetic vibe. Recommend highly when staying in London , with great transportation links Room was spacious , modern bathroom Good coffee and biscuit Tv connection unstable No complimentary bottle water in room but can buy your own to put into the “empty” fridge available (convenient )but need to order from room service . Food was great value and quality food

Stayed in a twin room, which had the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on. Comfy large single beds. I asked for a fan for the room as it was warm and it came within about 10 minutes. Lovely decor, clean. Good breakfast with a pretty outside space to relax on. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

I stayed here with a friend as we were attending an event.  The location was great.  The cleanliness was fantastic and products in the room were lovely.  All the staff were friendly and efficient.  Will be staying here again if needed in the future.  Thank you.

Spacious room, near to train stations, car parks and a shopping centre with supermarkets. But sound insulation is poor and noises can be heard from residents in nearby rooms at mid-night.

The staff were exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, always ready with a smile or helpful recommendation. In short, The Gantry London is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Stylish, comfortable, and brimming with personality, it’s a hotel I’ll be returning to without hesitation.
