The room is quite nice. The reception attitude is very good. They are also very helpful in helping with takeout at night. If there are any problems, they will be dealt with promptly.
From the sky view room, you can see the reflected KPMG. Hahaha. I’m still working late at night.

Grandpa and grandma are very cute people. The 80-year-old couple who are still working hard to open a hotel in London made me deeply realize the evil of capitalism. The British people cannot do without socialism if they want to make a revolution!

Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again.
Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch.
Bar prices very reasonable too

GGuest UserCan’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.
梁梁The service is good and satisfied. Next time I will book this hotel, the transportation is convenient and the price is good. Would recommend it to friends, I have booked it several times, very good choice, satisfied!

FFeilaikanyueThe price of this hotel is not high, which is the only reason why I rashly decided to live here. It is actually a homestay, not far from Heathrow Airport. A taxi is about 35 pounds. But later found that there is also a bus to the airport nearby. I didn't expect to have such a hygienic room in the UK. It felt like no one had lived in it for a while. Some stains on the sheets made me feel very uncomfortable. It took me half a day to find my reservation and check out At that time, no one could be found, so I had to leave the key in the room and leave. Downstairs has a strange smell, and there are broken furniture everywhere, as if it is under/to be renovated. There is a kettle in the room, which is full of scale and rust. It should have been unused for a long time. There is a small park and a dilapidated small bridge in the nearby small village, which has a sense of age.

GGuest UserFirst of all we paid for breakfast with Trip.com only to be told on arrival that that option is no longer available. Our room was very basic and small. We did have a kettle, coffee and tea were provided. The bed was firm but ok. The Westfield mall was opposite and the TV studios at Shepherds Bush was a short walk just up the road as was the underground WOOD LANE on the circle line via Euston station. Overall the location for our needs was great however not having the breakfast that was advertised on TRIP.COM was a letdown. So minus marks and a big boo for that Trip.com
