I was rather apprehensive about making reservations with the hotel as there were not many reviews posted. However, as most of the better hotels close to the Detian waterfall were fully booked, we decided to give it a try.
We were glad with our decision as not only the hotel staffs warmly welcomed us, the front desk manager, 小杨 went the extra mile to ensure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel is newly opened in August, with some parts of the resort still under final phases of renovations. Even then, the renovation works did not cause any unnecessary disruption to our stay.
Behind the hotel is a lovely trail, with a historical site where Deng Xiaoping once walked, leading the locals during the Longzhou Uprising. Surrounded by sugarcane plantations, there’s plenty of scenic spots for photo enthusiasts.
We would like to thank 小杨 for his warm hospitality and for making our stay a truly enjoyable experience.

這個酒店必須要誇，而且強烈推薦，如果大家有機會能到崇左，一定要去一趟邊境的龍州，這裏人間值得，我打10分，因為太棒了，整個團隊服務意識很強，培訓管理有素。
酒店服務質量拉滿，各種活動體驗拉滿，情緒價值拉滿。真的是不讓住客花一分錢，為什麼成都周邊沒有這種酒店，重點是環境是天花板，一望無際的甘蔗林，此次出行最佳酒店，沒有之一。入住很大一筐水果，品質很好，mini吧配了很多飲料都是免費。晚上居然還有露天音樂會，有很多燒烤免費的，啤酒也免費。槳板非常好玩，湖太漂亮了，早上在甘蔗林騎行，很舒服的體驗。感謝管家何羣英女士，非常細緻的服務。希望酒店一直保持這樣的服務水平，非常願意推薦給朋友。
旁邊天琴壯寨的餐廳非常好吃，特別是白切雞

新開的酒店，設施還沒有完全好，但勝在環境不錯，很適合親子游，周邊水庫可以玩槳板。員工很努力，入住伴手禮，離開再伴手禮，國慶期間草坪派對也搞的有聲有色，肉眼可見每天參與的住店客人人數在增加。管家小曹很熱情，服務響應快速。房間衞生情況良好。

酒店就在景區邊上，周邊泳池、咖啡廳、餐廳一應俱全，房間乾淨整潔，送了入住果籃、酒水飲料和堅果零食。帶一個陽台，可以躺下一邊曬太陽，一邊看風景，還有下午茶免費吃。
管家何羣英服務到位，幫忙叫車接送入住，遊玩訊息整理，帶我們參加酒店各項活動打車還幫我們還價，入住需求有求必應，必須好評！
周邊其它景點比較零散分佈，建議租車遊玩會方便一點。

整體來説很不錯的體驗，住這裏很省心，活動項目和用餐都幫你安排好了，裝修風格很適合拍照。唯一美中不足的是早上施工吵醒了，電話前台兩次才停下來。
住在這裏晚上還有個插曲，手指被刮鬍刀劃破流了很多血，管家 Echo 莫默幫我做了簡單包紮還送我去鎮上的醫院，非常感謝🙏！

本來沒報太高期望，還覺得國慶價格虛高，住了之後覺得物超所值，我們的管家楊光全程服務周到細緻及時，送的晚餐也很有特色，味道不錯！晚上的演出也很棒，還有小朋友互動，煙花和篝火，燒烤。入住送了了下午茶晚餐和夜晚的燒烤，還送了景區的槳板和雪糕咖啡，mini bar水果零食飲料也送的很足，太值了！

落地崇左的第一站，我們一家三口撿漏來到龍州觀堂酒店，度過了非常愜意開心的一天。酒店管理很專業，所有服務人員都很熱情，晚上有草坪音樂節、篝火晚會和煙花秀，氛圍超級好，將入住體驗感拉滿。特別推薦我們的管家羅靜女士，怎麼有那麼温柔貼心的小女孩，真正從客人的需求出發去服務，帶我們遊了甘蔗林和麥田還有壯寨，主動幫我們拍照、處理甘蔗等等，臉上一直掛着甜甜的微笑，讓我們倍感親切，感謝一天的陪伴！

酒店是新開業的，規模很大，還有部分樓宇正在建設。與旁邊的天琴壯寨是一體的，內部裝修很有民族特色，超出預期，遊樂設施及活動也挺豐富，很適合家庭出行。服務人員態度也很好，尤其是給我們服務的何管家全程有問必答，服務熱情，有的時候還給我們送了民族特色禮物，總體是很棒的住宿體驗，值得一去
