Nice and comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is also easier to navigate and surrounding is also pleasant

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in Ludhiana. I visit ludhiana almost once in two months. Have stayed in many hotels in Ludhiana but never had such bad experience ever. A big ZERO for service, staff and overall experience.

not worth even for 2000. Poor hospitality. Place is too loud couldnt even sleep. Never ever come to this hotel

The hotel is neat, clean and impressive. Room is big in size and very spacious. Bathroom is well designed. You can actually watch tv from the bathtub. Only issue is that presently the restaurant is under renovation.

Rooms and wash rooms are ok but service is pathetic. There is no complimentary buffet breakfast they service omelette and bread in the room.

Ever Worst Experience Room Floor was broken Bath Tub Broken. Breakfast was included but not even informed me that you have to give through room order. When I asked on which floor Breakfast is they said you have to order sir from the room no Buffet. Pathetic……
