I didn't think much at the time, and I thought it was okay as long as it was changed by the guy. Unexpectedly, on the morning of the 17th, a waiter at the door of the restaurant had a very bad attitude and said: Come to breakfast with an expired voucher. We explained, and she said it was impossible, absolutely impossible. A hotel waiter did not verify the information in time and made a direct judgment, which surprised me. ·The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the software service is really not good. Don't blame Quanzhou for having too many tourists during the Spring Festival, and don't blame yourself for having full hotel rooms. I booked the hotel in advance on a certain platform. I was attracted by the fact that the hotel was relatively new and the price was relatively moderate. There was no premium. However, I later found out that the low price meant poor service. I deducted the room fee early. The location of the hotel was really a bit remote. I thought it was close to Quanzhou Station, but later I heard from the taxi driver that Quanzhou Station was also in the suburbs, so the hotel's transportation was very problematic during the holidays. I suggest that friends who drive by themselves can choose it. ·The air conditioning in the hotel is not good. It is freezing cold at night and hot during the day. There is a coffee machine, but it will not be replenished for you the next day. In addition, the deposit for leaving the hotel was refunded very slowly. I called to ask, and the attitude was still very firm, saying that we just want to verify it one by one. ·So, new hotels may not be able to keep up with the service, but the service attitude and employee quality of this hotel are deeply rooted in the corporate culture.
