This hotel was wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for our plans, right in the heart of the area we wanted to see, steps from St Micheal’s and the castmates. The room was spectacular, roomy, airy and beautiful! Breakfast is available either in the restaurant below, or to be delivered to your room. I would definitely stay in this hotel on any further visits to Luxembourg City

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and could not be better. However, what has forced me to take the time to write such a poor review was the rude and absolute dire service from the lady on reception. This was verging on being threatening and abusive and totally ruined my visit to Luxembourg City. I know that everywhere in Europe is suffering from over tourism which is perhaps encouraging contempt in the hospitality industry. However, this is a very expensive hotel (not a cheap hostel) so the owners should consider their position in employing Mademoiselle Fawlty. By contrast - the gentleman on reception was excellent, very professional and was a credit to the hotel. However, too late. Never again !.

Fantastic hotel with its own spirit. Not a boring hotel with small square rooms, instaed more like apartments with big rooms in an amazing building. Our kids shared one room where thre wete a small stair between the bedroom and a small room where they played games. The location is perfect, close to the resturants and shopping but also close ti the old town. I really recomend this place, one of the best hotels we have visited.

This is very charming hotel. Rooms are fairly large and were quite well thought out - plug points and little tables where they were necessary and I liked that there was a sitting room. It was nice to have a space to take off coats and shoes, etc without messing up the bedroom. It was also a great space to stash the suitcases. They clearly took note of all the grumbling regarding the no A/C so there was a decent-sized standing fan waiting for us in the room. Certainly came in handy over the weekend - we took a tip from the other travellers and used it to drown out the noise from the pub downstairs. The restaurant downstairs serves decent Luxembourgish fare (hefty portions) and on a sunny day, the terrace is a great spot for people watching. Location-wise, you're right next to the Ducal Palace (the side, not the front) and the National Museum of National History. The Grund is a brisk 20min walk downhill and the St Michel's Church is just round the corner. Shopping and restaurants are also easily accessible. Beds are very comfy. There are swanky Molton Brown toiletries in the toilets. And the building itself it steeped in history. But because of that, expect smaller corridors and some steps to navigate. There is an elevator but it starts at the 1st floor - I would check on that prior, especially if you have large-ish suitcases. But the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely would return, but I would maybe time my visits for the cooler weather.

Perfectly Luxembourg. A small charming boutique hotel that is warm, friendly and comfortable. Opposite Grand Ducal Palace and very close to Cathédrale Notre-Dame, Hotel De Parc Beaux-Arts hotel is in the perfect location in the old part of the city. We were able to walk everywhere including the top sightseeing points in the town. The quaintly beautiful restaurant attached has excellent food and some of the best service we experienced in the city.

Our family of three, including our well traveled thirteen year old daughter, enjoyed four nights at Hotel Parc Beaux-Arts. While I'd read the reviews about some of the suggested down sides, I determined that the location just can't be beat. First the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming upon arrival. I regret that I did not obtain their names, but we were first welcomed in a most friendly manner by a lady upon arrival and another lady who checked us out a few days later, even helped us with our luggage on departure day. Our room was large and perfectly appointed. While it was on the corner, thanks to the reviews here, we were as prepared for the noise as we could be bringing along three small personal fans that provided a cool breeze and noise cancellation making sleep easy. Breakfast was highly anticipated each morning and fueled us for a day of exploring Luxembourg City. We would absolutely stay here again, the location truly can't be beat and the wonderful staff makes up for any inconveniences.

We went on a short vacation to Luxemburg. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the center so nearby everything but the big downside is that their is a café accros the street en the noise was so loud. It was untill 6am in the morning. We havent slept. Also when we took a shower in the morning, the water switch from normal to very hot. So dangerous! When we said our complains when we checked out they just said that they are working on it and that's it! We saw reviews from 5 years ago where they had the same complains so they are not working on it! We paid 300€ for one night where we couldn't sleep en there was no service afterwords to compensaid or discomfort. You are never seeing us again!

We spent six nights at Parc Beaux Arts and couldn't have been happier. The room was large with a separate sitting area complete with a table and desk. I also liked that the TV wasn't in the bedroom (we never turned it on). The bed was very comfortable and cozy. We did sleep with the windows open and the street noise was a bit loud but being from NYC, we were used to it! The hotel offers earplugs and if you keep the windows closed, no noise issues (according to family staying in another room facing same direction but windows closed). The hotel is centrally located with a bus stop just a few minutes walk away (bus to main train station and tram line). Very easy to walk to several of the main squares. The onsite restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend breakfast (only open for hotel guests) and dinner. The restaurant is open all day for coffee and it felt like a mix of locals and visitors. All of the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. So glad we stayed here as opposed to some of the more modern options we considered!

What a terrific location in the old part of the city next to the Palace ! The suite was very clean, tidy and spacious. The food was delightful and the service we had from Kelly, Ilicis and Eric was first class ! The whole area is full of culture with outstanding buildings and museums. I hope we can visit again and stay longer !! The only downside is that they do not have a car park on site but we travelled on a motorbike so didn't have a problem !
