"The moment I stepped into the room I felt as if I had entered a forest, being in close contact with the trees. Although the weather was very hot, enjoy myself in nature made me feel very comfortable. The service (Joan and the Guest Center) was also excellent. They shared activities, responded promptly to all requests, delivered items in a timely manner, and booking a buggy was very convenient. They even proactively offered me a late checkout, allowing us to have more sufficient rest at the end of this holiday. I will definitely come back[呲牙]"

"To sum it up, my child loved this hotel and wants to come back again!~ From the moment we checked in, the reception staff were incredibly thoughtful, explaining all the important details. We had mentioned bringing a baby beforehand, and upon entering the room, we found a bed rail already installed, along with birthday decorations and a complimentary cake!~ All the hotel staff were warm and attentive, especially Lumi, the young man with glasses (we even found his photo!), the big brother at the shooting range, and the young lady who helped us make scented cards. (Oh, and all the staff are great photographers, haha!) The chef was also very friendly and interacted warmly with my little one! ❤️ The restaurant's food was delicious! My child ate six ribs all by themselves! 🤣 The environment was very photogenic, and there were plenty of activities. Both adults and children had a wonderful time. They even gave us a souvenir when we left, and there were no unjustified charges. A small suggestion: the room didn't have a step stool or baby slippers for children, but we brought our own, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, the kids' club could stay open a little later in the evening, as my child wanted to play a bit more after dinner. ☺️"

"We had a great stay, the room was large, comfortable and very clean. Kids enjoyed all the activities onsite. The hotel grounds are amazing, and it is within walking distance from the village. We had an English speaking customer representative, Rachel, which was great because she helped us order a buggy whenever needed and also answered other practical questions. The only part which was more complicated was the service at the western restaurant, we waited a very long time for our food and there were a lot of misunderstandings… but otherwise I fully recommend staying at this hotel!"

"The last hotel I stayed in during the May Day trip was the most amazing one. Both the accommodation and the travel experience were very unexpected. Although there were a lot of people, the experience was good because the place was large, there were many activities, and the queues were not too long. The hotel restaurant tasted good, and I recommend Yanlaixuan. The housekeeper Yulu's service was very thoughtful. She would send the day's activities in time for dining and playing, and would learn about the age of the travelers in advance and give suggestions. It was a very good experience."

"What a beautiful place to break away from the noise of everyday life! The entire camp has such a calm, serene, almost zen-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The design and layout of the place are stunning. There’s bamboo growing everywhere, adding to the natural, tranquil vibe. The cabins themselves are pretty modern and clean. The staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful - even though there was a language barrier. Whether we needed a ride somewhere around the camp (which was always available thanks to staff driving around regularly) or had a question, they were always happy to assist. Adding reception on WhatsApp made things even easier – they responded quickly to any requests we had. The food was amazing. We especially loved the Chinese restaurant – every dish we tried was full of flavor. There’s a communal pool and other fun activities like paddling, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy due to the weather. Still, it’s nice to know they’re available. There’s also a small animal park where one can see peacocks, goats, chickens and ducks. It’s also nice to just walk around the camp. The views are just gorgeous, and the whole environment encourages you to relax and slow down. All in all, it’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy some peace and the beauty of nature. One small downside was that there was only one coffee machine available at breakfast, which led to a long line. We ended up buying coffee, which was a bit inconvenient—especially since we could’ve had coffee for free. 🤭 I highly recommended Elephant and Moon! Would love to visit again!"

"A fantastic 4 night stay. The indoor pool and play place were great for our 4 and 1 year old in the middle of winter. The accommodation was great, and our daughters loved the golf cart rides around the huge resort. Friendly staff, and the wechat butler (Yi Yan) was phenomenal help. No real need for perfect Chinese, but the more you speak the more you will enjoy the resort. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy for 4 days 👍"

"Great hotel !!! Kids were happy with the animal farm , ridding horses , feeding the Llama, goats, chickens and a big ostrich. The food has a good taste. The pool is clean and next to the mountain. Activities for the kids ( like paint a hat ) The kids area is amazing with 2 donut slides and a net walking between the trees . For sure we will be back soon ! The attention of the personal was outstanding I was extremely pleased."

"We booked the Mo Village Hotel, Huzhou's top-ranked luxury hotel, for over 4000 CNY a night. It was advertised as a 'Suite on the Third Floor of the Main Building' (see image 2), which led us to believe it was a three-story suite. It turned out to simply be a suite *located* on the third floor – incredibly misleading for customers! To top it off, this 4000+ CNY suite, meant for four guests, only had *one* bathroom, with the shower and toilet sharing the same space. The shower was merely enclosed by a simple fabric curtain, meaning the entire bathroom floor would get drenched whenever someone took a shower. This effectively made the toilet and sink unusable for others at the same time, forcing us to queue – a dreadful experience reminiscent of a communal dorm bathroom! What's more, the towels and bath towels were placed right next to the toilet. If someone didn't remember to close the lid before flushing (a traditional toilet), the splashing water and aerosolized particles would inevitably spray directly onto the fresh towels! Moving on to amenities: the entire suite only had *one* tissue box, located in the living room – none in the two bedrooms, and none in the bathroom! The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided were just one small set (see image 3). Even after only two men in our group used them on the first night (the two ladies didn't), they were not replenished on the second day! The bedrooms were incredibly spartan, with no desk, wardrobe, or even a trash can. The bedding comfort was mediocre, making the rooms feel quite rudimentary (see image 1). The hotel states that commercial photography is prohibited, yet every corner seemed to be used for commercial shoots. In my opinion, this hotel is really only suitable for photo opportunities and commercial filming. While the public areas are indeed very photogenic, boasting a French country style, the attention to detail is poor, and the comfort level of our particular suite was merely average. While the hotel staff were indeed excellent, friendly, and always greeted us, their good service simply couldn't compensate for the glaring deficiencies in our overall stay experience!"

"The location is very good, very close to Yucun Square (Yu Street). After visiting the scenic spots, you can go to the street to enjoy the food. It is also very close to the Yucun Distribution Center, and it is very convenient to go to Moganshan. The hotel has a swimming pool that children love the most. The swimming pool is quite large and the supporting facilities are also complete. The most commendable thing here is the breakfast, which has a lot of varieties, including soup noodles, tofu pudding, glutinous rice balls, and waffles. I like it very much. I had dinner at the hotel on the first day. The portion was quite large and the taste was good. I recommended it! The underground garage for self-driving parking is very large! I sent welcome fruits for two days, and the housekeeper who added WeChat also provided me with travel information at any time. The service is very thoughtful!"
