"Hotel is about 10 mins walk after getting off the Glacier Express train.Go down the ramp, turn and walk towards Gate 1, you will see a pair of escalator, go up the escalator and go straight till the yellow crossing and turn left, walk till the end and turn right, easy. Reception is a wonderful helpful lady. Supermarkets almost every corner."

"We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station in the old town near all cafes and restaurants. The staff at the reception was super friendly and professional. Both ladies, which names I can't recall were lovely upon our arrival and departure. The room was absolutely beautiful with large windows facing the church tower and the old town. The room was very big and comfortable. There was no a/c but it had two working fans, but there was such a nice breeze with those big windows that there was no need for a/c or fans. The bathroom was quite comfortable as well. The hotel was spotless. The included breakfast was absolutely terrific! We were only in Chur for one day , but if we had known what a beautiful Alpine city Chur was, we would have stayed an extra day."

"We stayed here for one night and had an enjoyable stay. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and spoke great English. They gave us both a bottle of water and a guest card that let us ride the bus for free (theres a stop just outside the hotel). The hotel is laid out like an American motel which we quite liked. The room had enough space and everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. We only had 2 minor downsides. The first being the walls are quite thin which wouldn't have been too much off an issue but at around 6am the person in the room next door was vomiting which wasn't pleasant to hear. The second was the bathroom door isn't solid so let light from the bathroom window into the main bedroom area."
