"The location was further then anticipated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the ads. Though yhe room we had selected was tiny, it was clean and the attached bathroom was big However, the glass panel sitting on top of the side of bathtub isn't fixed, making getting in and out of the tub unsafe, as the glass panel is the only element that one could hold on to in order to step out of the tub. The receptionists weren't too interested in attenting to hotel guests. But, overall experience was elevated due to its design/structure uniqueness; an ex-jail building. It's communal kitchen and lounge space were great space where we'd spent some of our time. There were also a lot of common shower rooms and WCs within the building, which was great as the 4 of us needn't queue for the washroom especially in the early morning."

"The closest hotel to Chur train station, and the only one available. While it's a bit pricey, the old town is right next door, making it perfect for shopping. It's also super convenient for travelers moving on the next day."

"It took less than 10 minutes by bus from Chur Station to arrive. There was a smell of fertilizer around the hotel, but you get used to it. The front desk staff were all kind and welcoming. The room was clean, and I was able to watch various subscriptions on the TV by logging in with my account. There was a McDonald's next door, and a supermarket nearby, so I had no trouble staying there. Best of all, the breakfast was the best!"

"It's much better than I thought. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also spacious. I liked the large window. If you take bus number 6 from Chur Station, you will arrive in about 10 minutes. When you get off, the hotel is right there. At the same bus stop when returning to Chur Station. If you take bus number 6, it will make a loop and return to the station. The location is quite good. There is a fairly large shopping mall with a coop right next to the hotel. It's large so it's convenient for shopping or going to restaurants. It was a really satisfactory hotel."

"It's an old hotel, but the facilities inside should be renovated. The hotel's restaurant is Michelin-rated, so the breakfast is great. Everything is divided into small plates, which is very beautiful. The hotel waiters are full of smiles."

"Good location - not far from the train station. Quiet location. Friendly staff, great breakfast with sparkling wine. Large rooms - we had a bath - very welcome after a long day. Hotel has a bar on-site."

"We stayed here for one night and had an enjoyable stay. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and spoke great English. They gave us both a bottle of water and a guest card that let us ride the bus for free (theres a stop just outside the hotel). The hotel is laid out like an American motel which we quite liked. The room had enough space and everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. We only had 2 minor downsides. The first being the walls are quite thin which wouldn't have been too much off an issue but at around 6am the person in the room next door was vomiting which wasn't pleasant to hear. The second was the bathroom door isn't solid so let light from the bathroom window into the main bedroom area."
