Very disappointed with the hotel. First, when we checked in, we asked the waiter in the lobby for help with our luggage. The waiter said he was busy and did not help us, and did not contact other waiters for help. Secondly, when we entered the room, we saw large patches of yellow dirt on the tiles on the bathroom wall, which really made us doubt whether the room was cleaned seriously. Finally, because we were concerned about the hygiene of the hotel, we took a shower in disposable slippers, and then asked the waiter to bring us two pairs of disposable slippers. As a result, we were given two pairs of used slippers with stains on the soles. Although we informed the front desk later and they replaced them for us, this behavior was simply too unacceptable. I hope the hotel will improve its service quality in the future, otherwise it will be detrimental to the hotel's future development.

The room is comfortable, the staff are welcoming, the environment is sanitary, and the facilities are complete. There is a market (very large) nearby with abundant vegetables and fruits. Parking in the courtyard is convenient, and it is a slope-view and lake-view room. I am willing to recommend friends to stay at this hotel.
