The beauty of Tripadvisor is that they allow the resorts to show the other side of the story, and not just let the guests tell their own version. It is always important to make things transparent for others to take an objective view to judge. Regarding your booking at Trip.com, you have reserved 2 rooms for 4 persons to stay on April 21 - 23. The reality is that there are 4 adults and 2 kids checking in, which was not mentioned in your phone call to us. One of the kids is already well grown, and we need to charge extra fee for the additional bed and breakfast. While you refused to pay for the extra person, we did not argue with you and just waived the charge. Besides, your group also brought 2 yayas and 1 driver here, asking to have the meals and to use the facilities. We are very clear to you that we do not accept outsiders to use our facilities and having meals, while they are actually staying at another resort. Our other resort guests deserve privacy and exclusivity. It has been our resort policy for many years. We do not understand why you keep on arguing about our resort policy, even we offer the exemption to allow one of your yayas to stay till 5 pm at the resort. We understand different nationalities may have different expectation on the food. When we are asked to add chili to the sandwiches, and modify some spicy food, we respect and fulfill your dietary requirements. As for the pool, it is the same size as we show on all social media and pictures. There is no cheat. Sizes are relative to different people, of course. As you mentioned that you live in the Philippines for 5 years, we would strongly suggest that you learn to respect the Filipinos. We have been serving many international travelers in our resort, and they are very happy with our service. Your group (including the yayas and the driver) has been very rude to our staff, while our staff still remain calm and polite for all the insults you made to them. We need to emphasize that we only welcome respectful guests. Repeatedly posting fake and misleading reviews at Tripadvisor does not affect us at all. We have many returned guests who know how to respect rules and to behave. The truth is still the truth!
