Very friendly staff and great location. Walking distance to subway station but inside the subway station may need to walk another 5 mins to the entrance. Overall ok

Staffs at the hotel are kind and nice. Best location for me with walking distance for all. Will re-visit to stay in next time. One thing suggestion to hotel that furnish the refrigerator to the rooms

Location is good which is very close to MTR station but the room is a bit dirty!

Intact and clean. Close to all convenience places you can expect including pizza store, Hunan restaurants, Shanghai breakfast store, friut shops and leisure experience.

Walking distance to mrt very far. Cleanliness ok. Receptionists can’t speak english and not too welcoming. Free laundry but facilities bit old

The hotel is located aside a small cute park and there is a metro station near by. They do not use the heating in winter, and it's very cold. The heating in the room is super loud. The fitness room is not open. The staff does not speak English and is not used to having guests from abroad. They are not open to help with questions or ordering taxis.

Shout out to the lady in the breakfast buffet who is very warm and accommodating. Breakfast was average but good taste. The location is walking distance to metro Line 1 station. Difficult to communicate with the receptionist, you need a translator to be understood.

The sound insulation in the room was remarkably poor; the noise of running water and nearby conversations with disturbingly loud.
It’s clean and located in a nice neighborhood.
