This hotel is amazing, I'm super satisfied! It's so convenient for concerts, just cross the road and you're at the Galaxy. Getting a taxi or car is easy too! Most importantly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The TV was a bit small, but I don't really watch it anyway, so no big deal. The service was also great; the front desk staff were all very polite and dedicated! I'll definitely stay here again next time!!! And Lay's concert was the absolute best! 👍👍👍

The room was very spacious, which I really liked! It was also quite convenient to get to The Venetian and Galaxy on foot. There's a bus stop right outside, which is great for getting around. Taxis were a bit hard to come by; the front desk managed to call one for me once, but the second time there were no cars available, so I had to use Uber myself. There are many convenience stores downstairs, which is very handy. The room Wi-Fi was genuinely terrible, and the signal was bad. A lot of people checked in after 3 PM, and going down in the elevator during busy times also meant a long wait. That's about it; otherwise, for the price, it was decent.

The hotel location is convenient, close to the subway and commercial area. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is good for sleeping, and the sound insulation is decent. The front desk service is friendly, and check-in and check-out were swift. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I will definitely stay again next time. Highly recommended!

Hygiene and Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable, and the environment was reasonably comfortable. Value for Money & Decor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) Considering the standard of the room decor by the European-style riverside, the pricing is on the high side, making the value for money relatively average. Highlight Feature (Pool): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) The most satisfying aspect of the entire stay! The hotel's infinity pool offers excellent views and an expansive panorama, making it a perfect spot for photos and social media check-ins. 🛎️ Service & Hospitality (Birthday Experience & Communication) Front Desk Reception & Flexibility: ⭐️⭐️ (2/5) Late checkout denied: I requested a complimentary late checkout until 1:00 PM because I had a bungee jumping activity early the next day, but it was denied by the front desk, showing a lack of flexibility. Communication gap: During check-in, I proactively asked about birthday amenities, and the front desk verbally stated that the ”room had already been specially decorated.” Customer Service Responsiveness & Crisis Management: ⭐️ (1/5) Broken promise: Upon checking in, I found that the room had absolutely no decorations. Passing the buck and insensitive remarks: When I called customer service to inquire, they first claimed it was an ”oversight,” and then blurted out: ”It's so late now, you wouldn't need decorations, would you?” After I confirmed that I did, they bluntly stated they were understaffed and ”couldn't do anything.” Compensation: Ultimately, I only received a supermarket voucher worth 30 MOP as compensation, which felt very insincere and left the birthday celebrant quite disappointed. 💡 Summary and Recommendation Pros: The room hygiene is good, and the infinity pool is outstanding. Cons: The room's hardware and decor do not match the high price; the hotel's arrangements for celebrations/birthdays are chaotic, with inconsistent information from the front desk and customer service. Their responsiveness and customer service attitude need significant improvement. Overall review: If you're coming for the infinity pool, it won't disappoint you; however, if you expect excellent celebration services and flexible, considerate hospitality, the hotel's performance in these areas is regrettable.

Every time I visit Macau, I always stay at the Grand Lisboa. If you're looking for a hotel on the peninsula, the Grand Lisboa is definitely the most convenient and best value for money. It's very close to the Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's, and shopping is incredibly easy. It's about a seven or eight-minute walk to Wynn to see the Tree of Prosperity. The hotel's breakfast buffet and dinner are also of very good quality.

The hotel management at Mandarin Oriental Macau is highly professional, and the service for guests is warm and attentive to detail. The room hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding is especially wonderful, really helping with sleep. It's definitely the top choice for families traveling with children.

The room was spacious enough, and even though it was a city view, I could still see the harbor, and the night view was fantastic! The staff, from check-in/check-out at the front desk to room service, all had excellent service awareness, making me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable.

This was my first time in Macau, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel – I'm really satisfied. First off, the location is excellent; it's a bustling area, and right downstairs there's a free shuttle pick-up point for the Venetian. The iconic Grand Lisboa hotel is also just a five or six-minute walk away. The room was much bigger than I expected, and it was fully equipped with everything I needed. The front desk staff and the luggage storage attendants in the lobby were all very friendly and polite. If I ever get the chance to visit Macau again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The service was excellent during my stay! However, I ran into an issue during checkout that required police assistance. While waiting for the police to arrive, my phone was almost out of battery. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a power adapter. The male front desk staff said they had one and asked for my room number. I told him I had already checked out but just needed to charge my phone in the lobby for a bit and would return it right away. The staff then immediately said they didn't have one. Hmm! I've stayed at your hotel many times during my trips to Macau, and the service has always been great. But this time was really disappointing! If my phone wasn't about to die and I couldn't scan for a power bank, I wouldn't have even asked to borrow an adapter after checking out. I understand you have a right not to lend it, as it's your property. But I still wanted to share this experience. After all, even if a guest has checked out, shouldn't there be a bit more humanity when they're in urgent need of help?

I frequently stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, close to the Grand Lisboa and a short walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the restaurant on the seventh floor serves delicious food, especially the mini char siu bao – they're incredibly good! Even though the amusement park is closed, it's still a great choice for accommodation when visiting Macau.
