The hotel rooms need to be updated- they’re worse for wear. Stained furniture, holes in towels, stained carpet. The gym is great. But the saving point to this place is the staff - they’re kind and doing their very very best with a hotel that needs work. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again unless the owners spend some money and refit it. It’s not to the Ascott standard. The hardest part is getting good staff and they have this so it is strange they don’t do some cosmetic updates and bring this hotel up to standard.

Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip.
Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.

Location is very good. In the middle of the city which is accessible to all transport. I always love the kitchen the reason why i always book for a Noble Room. Ambience is very good too as i like brighter room with lots of windows for a view. Would definitely comeback and recommend.

The lack of flexibility and the magnitude of the charge left me feeling unfairly penalized.
The staff, while generally courteous, seemed to adhere rigidly to this policy without room for discussion or understanding. This approach to guest service is disheartening and not what I expected from a brand that prides itself on hospitality.

very convenient location, loved the bath amenities and warm indoor pool.
Service counter folks should smile more, and handphone charging points should be installed in the lounge.

King room has washer microwave and the room is big although no bathtub

Asked 3 times for hard foam pillows before they bring one and not two

Big and spacious room with cutleries and microwave provided, overall clean and right opposite MGM! But when we first stepped into the shower area it smelt like urine and the room ventilation always smells like smoke although we did not smoke.

The hotel was really close to Wynn so we took the shuttle bus to Wynn and walked over. The room is also quite big, with a cooking area and a mini-living room area. Our view is facing the old buildings but if you’re lucky you may be able to see the sea line. Great cleanliness.
