Great location, reasonable price, I stayed in the flat, very good size. Maintenance needs to improve. Bathroom skirting board coming loose and wooden piece of curtain trim loose. Apar**ent 101.

The Hotel is in a nice area, but because of a new building construction going on across the street, it was very noisy.
My TV room Netflix was not working, neither the A/C and the drain in the shower. Pool area is small and the pool water was very dirty.
Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience.

Hotel located on Praia da Pajuçara. Clean, spacious rooms. On partial sea view. Breakfast very good, place that is served cramped. As is the swimming pool on the roof. Lack of flexibility in check in/out. We had to wait two hours to get in and we couldn't even get a late check out for a fee, which would have made all the difference as our flight was at 7:30 pm.

The hotel surprised us. It is very well located on Pajuçara beach. The reception was great with a welcome letter, a plate decorated with fruit in the fridge and brigadeiros as treats. Our room on a high floor gave us a magnificent view of the beach. I definitely recommend Brisa suires de Maceio.

Bad. Breakfast was crowded and the tapioca I ordered took 45 minutes to be ready. The location was great. Access to parking is very difficult.
