Nice area, Clean place, friendly stuff , all workers i met were such nice and helpful , next time this place is my choice for sure 🫶🏻

Even though I l paid for private room with my own bathroom, the shower head is the one that you have to press every 10 seconds for water, the air conditioner went to my face straight away and made engine noise. I’ll never go back to this hotel again, it was so much noise outside of the street from nights to mornings, I was waken up by drunk guys shouting, lorries connecting rubbish….

The hostel was really nice. The location is good, the staff is really welcoming and smiling and the room was nice. I was really surprised to get such a nice room for a really cheap price. The locker with its key are included in the price of the room and there was everything required to sleep comfortably. I really recommend it.

No hot water supply !!!! So its so hard for me to have a bath in that stay even we complained for many times

The location and environment are very good. The room has a private toilet and bathroom and a beautiful terrace.

Hygiene is average. The single bathroom I stayed in still has footprints and hair , the facilities are old and the door locks often cannot be opened,

all good!

For a hostel, the living area of the property was very nice and quiet. It felt equal to or better than any of the hotels that we had stayed in on our trip.

Good central location. We were not affected by noise at all although our room was not on a lower floor. Two key cards provided. Interesting artwork throughout the establishment. An amazing atrium in the centre of the building with great lighting. Basic shower and washing facilities but overall adequate. Clean. Check out at noon was helpful. For economy it worked.

UNA DECEPCION EN TODA REGLA. Nada más llegar, entre los trabajadores se contradicen en lo que se puede y no se puede hacer en el proceso de check-in. Éramos 6 personas, el encargado nos da el ok para proceder al check-in de todo el grupo a través de fotos de los DNIs, sin embargo, los trabajadores de la recepción nos ponen pegas hasta que justificamos que el encargado nos ha dicho que sí, que efectivamente podíamos proceder de esa manera. Para todo el mundo el check-in se realiza a las 15.00h, cosa que no tiene sentido habiendo una única persona en la recepción (muy pequeña donde no cabemos los huéspedes) para atender a todos los que estábamos allí. Tras esperar unos 20 minutos/ media hora nos atienden rápido y de mala manera para quitarse la cola lo antes posible. NO NOS PIDEN LOS DNIs de todo el grupo, nos cobran y nos mandan a la habitación. Subimos, una de las tarjetas no funciona, abrimos con la otra y al entrar nos encontramos LA HABITACIÓN SUCÍSIMA, con las sabanas/toallas usadas y tiradas por la habitación, la basura llena y un olor espantoso. La única solución que nos dan es quedarnos en el pasillo esperando. NO APARECE NADIE. Nos tiramos 2 horas esperando en el pasillo con las maletas hasta que aparecen dos chicas de la limpieza diciéndonos que nadie les había avisado de que había que hacer esa habitación. Penoso. Más tarde, bajamos de nuevo a la recepción para comentar el tema de los DNIs, después de esperar en la cola, me responden "ahora no puedo, baja mas tarde, tengo mucha gente" de una manera muy desagradable. En definitiva, desde el check-in que es a las 15h, acabamos entrando a las 17:15h aproximadamente; nadie responde ante esto y no dejan de ser 2 horas robadas. Además, al irnos pedimos por favor si pueden guardar 2 maletas durante unas horas y la respuesta acaba siendo un "NO" rotundo. Sinceramente, UN ROBO y una ATENCION ESPANTOSA.

I being in this property before and I like it thats why i was back very close to the gran via and many restaurants around.

The place /building and location was great. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and walking distance to almost everything needed. The only worst part are the beds. They shake too much. It's old style. Compared to other hostels, their bunk beds are cheap and trash. Get rid of those and change to better, non shaky, more sturdy then I'll give you 4 to 5 star review. Fyi- I moved to generator Madrid and they have wayyyyy better beds than this hostel.

Close the central areas of Madrid, accessible by the local metro and buses as well. Key landmarks and locations are only 10-15 mins walk away from the hostel. An enjoyable stay made more fun by the lovely staff for their help!

Good for the price you pay and also the location.
