NO HOT WATER or bottle of water provide fir drinking in the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, a walking distance from the city center. The staff is friendly and supportive and breakfast is also ok.
The towels are not changed daily and you don’t get amenities like hair drier and slippers in the room.
Before arriving I read that neighborhood was very noisy but it’s not true.
But overall I recommend if you are searching for a budget stay in Madrid.

Don't like this hotel. The room is so small that you can't even fit 2 suitcases 😓😓😓! In addition, nothing is provided except for shower and hand sanitizer, not even a mouthwash cup 🙂↔️! There is no reason to stay in this hotel except that it is close to the subway station and train station! Absolutely no, no, not recommended!!! The worst hotel among the five hotels I stayed in on this trip!

This is the worst Ibis I have ever used. I was surprised that a room of that level would cost close to 30,000 yen per night, even on the 2nd of the weekend! I've come to understand that the characteristics of ibis are to eliminate waste, contribute to the environment, and give back to customers. There is a 24-hour Carrefour large supermarket next to it downstairs! There are many Indian and Pakistani restaurants nearby! But don't worry about safety! Breakfast is as standard as Ibis but it starts at 6:30! Main attractions walking distance! Staff English is not good but proactive
