The room was clean. Nothing special. OK for 1 or 2 days. Too expensive for the place.

A very nice hotel!

I don't often write reviews, but in this case I want to give one. I've known Vincci Soma for many years, I used to host visitors there because I lived in Madrid for a long time, and now I've been there myself. It is amazing that although the hotel has probably not been renovated since its day, everything is really tip top. There are no stains or signs of aging anywhere. The rooms and bathrooms are of a good size and the furnishings are comfortable. The comparatively low price is probably due to the fact that you save on unnecessary frills. No toothbrush, no shoehorn, no cotton pads, who needs that on a trip? (We actually didn't have a toothbrush with us, but got them with a friendly smile at the reception), but soap, shampoo etc are there. The staff is exceptionally friendly and everything is really clean. But the highlight is the breakfast for around €15. There is really everything, and of the best quality: Several homemade cakes, pasteis de nata, various croissants and Danish pastries, churros with hot chocolate, a wide variety of breads, jams, etc., good cheese, sausage, the best Spanish s***** , egg dishes (variations freshly made as desired), tortilla (regular and with sobrasada), warm vegetables, sausages etc. Everything focuses on Spain, ie Spanish cheese etc. The list could go on and on. It's really impressive. So all in all a great experience. And no - I'm not an influencer and I don't get any money, that's my honest opinion and I have a lot of travel experience when it comes to four and five star hotels.

All very nice, but for a 4-star hotel it seems to me that the bed in the room assigned to me was too fragile and made a lot of noise, I have found better beds in hostels.

Good impression in general but we believe that for some details the 4 stars are somewhat loose. As positive points we highlight the location, the comfort of the beds and the treatment of the staff. Correct room size. What we did not like: some points in the rooms with some dust, a somewhat dirty courtesy jug to heat water, when we arrived to take a shower the hot water did not come out but we notified them and they solved it the next morning.

EVERYTHING GOOD, I ONLY USED IT TO SLEEP AS I HAD A CONCERT AT WIZINK CENTER WHICH IS PERFECT TO STAY AS IT IS 5 MINUTES WALK AWAY

Good environment, good location, convenient for shopping in the city center

Without heating, the bathroom door did not close and old with paint on top and little clean the best breakfast and good service to be a 4 star.

The hotel has a super good pension and the rooms are very good.

We always choose this hotel because of its great location and the rooms have a modern and comfortable aesthetic, highly recommended for young people. The only problem is that last time they put us on the last 7th floor. But the rest are great. Breakfast is also very rich
