Staff were very friendly. Room was basic but comfy and clean, just a little bit hot even I turned on the aircon to the highest level.
Breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruits and food, bread and nice coffee (my personal preference though 😋 ) ham was soso though.
The only minor point was I took a few dishes, they were not cleaned and sticky at the bottom with some sauce still on them. Not sure if it's just an accident, but the hotel may need some attention to it.
The room is very big and new, which is unexpected. I looked at many hotels before the business trip and finally chose this one. I am very satisfied. I will continue to book this hotel next time I go on a business trip. The breakfast is also very rich
Very good, there are many food around, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Bernabeu, the room is also very soundproof, the price is good, the front desk can speak English, recommended

The Canopy is a great hotel. Clean, modern and sleek. I totally recommend if you go as a foreign tourist. They have tone of activities like flamenco night and live music almost every day. On the other hand the bed was really comfortable and the pillow a piece of heaven. The only thing I did not like was the smell of the soap it was charcoal. The smell stayed with me and reminded me of a chimney.
The location is great, close to the airport. The facilities are just average European-style. However, the air conditioning was incredibly powerful, which was a real plus. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting in the summer! However, it's a bit far from modern. The bathroom drainage felt poor, and it needed a thorough cleaning. The staff was friendly, and the bed was very comfortable.
After traveling extensively in China, returning to Spain highlighted some noticeable differences, particularly in Madrid. While the city and its infrastructure may feel a bit outdated compared to other global hubs, the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá was a decent and comfortable place to stay.
The hotel’s location is its strongest feature—it’s directly across from Chamartín Train Station and its adjacent subway station. While the train station and subway facilities are not the most modern or impressive, the convenience of being so close to transportation hubs is a definite plus. The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable.
The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work.
The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day.
The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable place to stay near Chamartín Station, this hotel is a solid choice.
The sanitary environment is good, but some details can still see the traces of history, such as my door can not be closed without force (after gently bringing it, it sounds like it is closed, but you have to push hard, you can open the door without swiping the card) and the pool is very slow. It should be blocked
Location is OK, nearby is the cuczo subway station, there is a 7×24 Carrefour nearby
The service is not bad, 7.28 birthday sent a bottle of sparkling wine, but there is no free bottled water, there is a mini bar, but all charges, including mineral water
Close to station and metro… welcoming, clean, relaxing and spacious room… simple while nice breakfast… except there was a mosquito in the bathroom which could be acceptable being next to a site opposite…. Highly recommended if the rate could be more attractive… Will check in again next round

Very Good
WWilliam PayModern and quiet aparthotel located in the heart of Madrid's financial district, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. However, communication with the hotel’s back-office help desk is unresponsive, with no replies to any information requests. The Internet call and provided contact number are both invalid, and the lack of an iron and ironing board makes it less suitable for business travelers.
GGuest UserBecause my son is a senior Real Madrid fan and made a special trip to Spain to watch the game, I booked this hotel without hesitation. It is very close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. When I saw the new Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on foot, I was shocked. It is very convenient for watching football, participating in the Santiago Bernabeu tour and going to the official store of Real Madrid. It is not far from the subway.
