Checked in at 2pm, but the customer service said it was still being cleaned, so check-in couldn't be done until 6pm.
When I checked in, I booked and paid on trip.com, but the person in charge charged me RM 150.
Three rooms, 1 air conditioner is broken, too bad! ! !

When I want to check in, I can't contact the owner, I have to wait a long time too 😩 last time I looked for another place, luckily I got it.. just in the evening the owner called and said he would refund but the refund process is also long because the trip is from abroad.. there are many steps to do.
