Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West Hotel

Came down for the night for parklife and booked this hotel. First of all no one could get early check in even thought it’s advertised. Secondly came with my 17 year old friend (I was 18) accompanying her and they refused us entry after being sat in reception for an hour waiting to check in. Before we booked the hotel we rang up to asked if friends can accompany and we were told as long as one of us was 18 there’d be no problem. Women on desk was very rude and uncooperative kept interrupting everything the man on reception was trying to tell us. We explained we had already rang and she didn’t care at all. We travelled down from Newcastle so asked what we were meant to do and we were told ‘not our problem’. Very unprofessional and she was very happy to leave young girls on the street with nowhere to stay. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel and will be requesting a refund!

My wife & I stayed for 2 nights. On our last night we went to a fantastic Eagles concert in The Co-op Live Arena. The Duty Manager Matt opened the restaurant early so that we could have dinner & Mark , the Chef, also prepared a delicious Chicken Goujon meal for us ! Thank you gentlemen, you went above & beyond! Top Customer service.

Stayed for just one night. Does what it says on the tin! great price and lovely clean premises and an awesome location.

Usual Premier Inn standard fayre. Clean tidy and convenient location for businesses around New Bailey but only a short walk to City Centre. Polite and helpful staff. Standard Premier Inn restaurant and bar. Good quick service for evening meal and breakfast buffet was good.

Came down for a gig and will be retuning in three weeks for the same thing and was very impressed with the location being a five minute walk away from most things. Food was great too and staff were on hand to offer good service.

The toilet was leaking in our room. Informed the staff at front reception who responded by saying we couldn't have a another room and they would take a look. Their solutio eas two towels on the floor which soaked up water as intended but went a dirty brown and left an unpleasant smell. The toilet at this point was unusable.

Stayed here for one night. Parking next door at NCP was £24 for 24 hours. The hotel is tired in the bar area and you couldn’t check in earlier than 3pm. Breakfast was good , hot and fresh. Perfect location for exploring Manchester and around £5 for an Uber not at peak times. Would stay again for value for money

The staff at this hotel are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble. I stay here often for work and am so well looked after. The rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. Good location for access into the city. Would definitely recommend.

I think this hotel is probably more suited to work related stays rather than a family hotel stay, certainly during the weekdays.
