New Coast Hotel Manila is really an amazing hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and really comfortable and nice. The international buffet is in abundance and a fusion of Japanese, Korean, Filipino and Western. The staff are very hospitable and cordial. I’d like to give high commendation to Kath who attended to us. She exemplifies excellent customer service. Hope when we come back the pool is already available for use. I highly recommend this hotel

We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere.

While The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. All the amenities for the hotel is closed because it’s under construction.

It's been a long time since I visited, but it was a shame that I couldn't use the swimming pool, etc., but the service was generally satisfactory.

To celebrate my 70tj birthday

Spacious and clean hotel, with 4 daily complimentary water bottles. This was greatly appreciated. Convenient location, strong AC, not too far from the airport, and dining on site. Staff were kind and welcoming.

No advance notice on the closure of swimming pools...I book this hotel to use the pool as it is summer n weather can be very hot ...the hotel should put in the ads that the hotel 's pool is under renovation n for how long....no alternative given by the hotel staff

The hotel was clean and very well comfortable, I definitely like the part of not really having to go anywhere everything is in the hotel from the gym restaurants cansio and the location, will definitely boom here again. Right in the heart of Manila.

Everything was great except that the hotel was having renovations so part of the amenities was not available but otherwise i look forward to be in this hotel in the future. Also services was great especially the front desk and room service.

Great bang for the buck as this hotel is a short hop to Manila Bay or Robs Place Mall. The rooms are quite spacious, the bed super comfy, and the bathrooms adequte despite decrepit rain showers that require overhaul. Been staying here for over 20 years and thankfully the hotel is now under renovation thus book this gem of a property before the rates go higher.
