Transway Group Hotels in Manila

It's a nice, big, and clean room. There is a 7/11 beside the building, and it's a short walk to Robinson's Mall. There was no free coffee, and the shower was a bit cold. I would pay a little extra to stay in a nicer area.

So far so good everything's ok but the only thing is the noise in the hallway a lot of guest is talking and laughing laoud and i can hear it inside my room ..but its worth the price the place..

Everything to your comfortable stay, comfy bed not smelly, clean and sanitized towels(not rags) staffs are all courteous. we did not use the ref though, AC is quiet, there is a corded phone for local calls wifi is ok most of the time, elevator is safe. Few steps to 24/7Mcdonalds and Convenience store , Robinsons Mall adjacent *The bathroom shower floor may need a little upgrade, water flowing all over , other than that everything is topsy turvy.

The location of Las Palmas is very good. Easy access for transportation and Robinsons Mall is just 5 mins walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the room. We were in Room 518. When my son used the toilet, terrible things happened when water leakage comes out from nowhere and the toilet floor got flooded. We were transferred to another room (519) when I entered the toilet, a big cockroach approached me. The aircon was set at 17 degrees but the room temperature was hot. When I opened the wardrobe, there is a small fan which I believed is meant to be used because of the aircon problem. The breakfast is just okay but there is a Mcdonalds nearby so we opted to eat our breakfast on the 2nd day.
