Very nice accommodation reception team especially Mr sherif & Mr Hassan were Very hospatile and help us to make check in quickly the chalet was Very nice and large with large pool in front Resturant is Very good with different dishes , delicious food , big green spaces Very nice staff , I advise and recommend This place for family vecation.

The Tolip hotel is a very welcoming hotel . The attention to detail is amazing. The staff are well chosen to deliver an excellent service, room was very clean and comfortable, the duty manager Mr Hassan Elsaka a good ambassador for his company, the chef cooked beautiful traditional Arabic food. We felt very safe and we enjoyed the gorgeous sandy beache and clear blue water. So looking forward to returning to this beautiful hotel.

Very friendly staff starting from receptionist-housekeeping-and specially animation team. Clean rooms with new furniture. Hotel with 8 elevators with three floors (recommended the third floor to enjoy the view), V.good food with a good variety choices. There is a golf car every 10-15 mins from main pool to the beach (it is a walkable distance but better to the the golf car due to the sun and heat), there is a pool for kids with small aqua toys). There is many activities will make your day busy starting Animation team is active and friendly with a lot of activity starting from the stretching/aqua gym/ Yoga paining and coloring for kids at morning till mini disco and show at evening. There is a cinema with updated movies and kids playing corner with playstaion/ Billiards/ table tennis and many kids toys. No words to say about the beach and the sea it is amazing north coast sea as usual with friendly staff there. Recommend to families with kids and also for adults to enjoy the vacations.

I am sharing my recent experience at the Tolip North Coast Hotel, which was unfortunately marred by numerous shortcomings. Despite its 5-star label on ***********, the hotel failed to deliver on several fronts, leading to a highly disappointing stay. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a suite in a deplorable state. Not only was the fridge non-functional, but the bedside lamp cord was also broken, the couch was damaged, and the air conditioning failed to function properly on the first night. Promised amenities like bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries, as stated on ***********, were conspicuously missing. Adding to the discomfort, we noticed visible rust in the bathroom and balcony areas, and the overall cleanliness level was severely lacking. In particular, the bathroom was not maintained to an acceptable standard, and a plate of food was left unattended in the hall for over 24 hours. Regrettably, a large chunk of our vacation time was spent making daily complaints to the staff. We were offered an alternative room on the second day, but it too was plagued with similar issues, pointing to a broader problem with the hotel’s upkeep. Beyond room-specific concerns, pool lights were found hanging and detached, presenting a serious safety issue. A stark discrepancy exists between the actual state of the hotel and its description on ***********, which is deeply concerning. We intend to report this issue to *********** for falsely representing the hotel’s conditions and amenities. The quality of service and conditions we encountered was far from commensurate with the cost of our stay. It is deeply disconcerting when a hotel claiming a 5-star rating delivers such an inferior experience. I feel obligated to warn potential guests about these significant issues and recommend reconsidering a stay at the Tolip North Coast Hotel.

I have placed an earlier review and complaint regarding a refusal of refund. The hotel management has contacted me and understood the reasons of the cancellation. They issued the full refund. I really appreciate the understanding and the quick response for the hotel management team. Special thanks to Mr. Moustafa Gabr and his team for working on this issue.

One of the worst experiences I had in my life. The food tasted very bad and some items were spoiled. The staff is unprofessional and they don't care about any complaints. The room service staff don't clean the room unless you beg them and they don't even change the towels.

The worst hotel I have ever visited First we were delayed in check in for 3 hours. The house keeping was very bad ( they didn't change the wet towels, they just fold it and leave it in its place ) and they leave their cleaning equipment in the bathroom. The food was horrible ( it was spoiled) and when we told the chef he kept arguing with us. My mom and son vomited!!!!!! All the staff are non-professional. They don't care for the client. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
