AC doesn’t work in room
We found multiple insects in the room
Room service was terrible and they barley cleaned
Elevator takes ages to reach and it’s so hot inside
Pool is very crowded and very very small
Location isn’t that bad but there is much better
Bar under is very loud
The food is actually so so bad even the drinks
Staff was not helpful after we complained about the AC
We have to pay to have a safe in our room
Only thing good is when we checked out the guy at reception was very cute and very helpful.

We stayed for a week at the hotel. The food was excellent apart from the breakfast which was average. We had some lovely meals. The pool and hotel are right on the beach front so easy accessible. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and our room was overlooking the pool so had a lovely outlook. We had entertainment for a couple of nights or music. The bar was well stocked as described and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Отель расположен прямо на променаде бухты Мармариса, ближе к дальней южной части бухты. Локация и виды из номеров "с видом" шикарные. Ресторан на 4-ку. Много всякой шняги типа закусок, маринадов, несколько видов хлеба, а вот с мясом... Только курица в нескольких ипостасях и на обед и на ужин. По алкоголю ничего не скажу, т.к мы его не употребляем никак. Ценник был по 10 тыщ рублей за ночь 8-10 мая. Не катастрофа, но кратно выше чем было в 2019г.
У них нет своей парковки. Русских мало. В основном все европейцы.

Great location right by the beach front. Hotel is spotless maid service is excellent. Food is very good with a varied choice also the service from staff is very good always polite and helpful especially Jimmy who is great with all the customers and has a great personality and gets on with everyone. Music is good choice around the pool not to loud and everyone having a good time. My room was excellent and exactly as expected. Nice tidy clean hotel no trouble would definitely stay again. 10/10

Lovely hotel right on the beach and has its own pier over the sea for sunbathing. We were initially placed in a tiny room on the 6th floor with an even tinier balcony (no room for a table!), and looking straight into the rooms across the way. So we paid €120 to upgrade to a sea view for the remaining six nights. This was much better but the downside was being woken at 10am by the pool bar music! Not too much of an issue though as we were aiming to get up around that time anyway. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. Food was your average all inclusive buffet, which I don’t mind but my partner wasn’t a fan. Drinks were a million percent watered down, very disappointing! Also no entertainment programme. Overall I did enjoy this hotel and would return despite the aforementioned issues!

This hotel was amazing, rooms were very clean beds were super comfy, bathroom was spotless and even had a really good hair dryer and shaving mirror in there.Food was really nice there was a good variety at all meal times. The hotel was very clean, they even provide clean towels daily for the beach or pool area they have a gym sauna indoor pool and off a variety of spar treatments. The staff went above and beyond for you always made time to greet you with a warm and friendly smile, they made you feel so welcome. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be going back.

Our 5th time in Marmaris this is the worst hotel, noisy drunk guests, shouting, fighting and terrorising the corridors every night. Security is non existent, we complained and had to move rooms twice at an extra cost to us of £350. Hotel itself is modern, clean, great location and waiting staff very helpful, food is good..rooms nice but tiny balconies, housekeeping great. Its just the lack of control that ruins this hotel..

I stayed for a week in May 2024, with my kids (18 and 22). We had an excellent experience all inclusive. From the moment we arrived, in the early hours of the morning, we were greeted with smiles and outstanding service (and a sandwich!) It didn’t stop there..! The hotel is kept immaculately clean! Poolside, rooms, gym, beach and pier. Constant staff attention to delivering an exceptional standard. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team! The rooms are modern and clean. Bathroom looked fresh with a great shower. We had a side balcony with view of sea which is a must! Restaurant fabulous options including seafood night. Great location. With own beach and pier. Close enough to reach Marmaris centre by walking (bus or taxi boat too!) and far enough for peace and quiet which was important for us. Live music twice a week. Supermarket, bars and shops nearby. The People are what make this hotel truly special. A very VERY special mention to the amazing staff, many of whom I don’t know their names. Jimmy, poolside always smiling and helpful. Restaurant staff Husnu, Hakan, Aykut and Gorkem. These guys are fantastic and such an asset to the Hotel team. Truly great people! Thankyou for making our holiday so special. We won’t be going anywhere else in Marmaris!

The pictures online do not do this hotel justice and we were expecting mediocre with the price we paid but were pleasantly surprised the hotel and room were lovely and spotless and cleaned everyday the staff throughout the hotel couldn’t do enough for us especially Jimmy at the pool bar who went above and beyond we’re just back from a weeks holiday and already looking to book again would throughly recommend this hotel
