Great service, large rooms, and kind staff. We stayed for 4 nights and we were helped and advised throughout our whole stay. The breakfasts and dinners were amazing, and the terrace gave a nice touch to them. The owner was friendly. We booked a massage and it was good value for what we got.

I've been unplugging in Marrakech for 15 years... always at the Ayadina riad. It's no longer a vacation, it's a wonderful necessary survival. Experience and passion for their work, Christine and her staff will make your stay even more pleasant.

Riad Ayadina truly feels like an oasis amidst the daily hustle and bustle of the Medina. The layout and decoration of the building are stunning. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff is super friendly always ready to assist with any question. Delicious breakfast on the roof terrace and we dinned two nights at the Riad's restaurant and both service and food were fantastic. Many thanks to all the staff for the excellent trea**ent we received, with special mention to Noureddine & Abderrahim. Should we return to Marrakesh, we'll certainly opt to stay at Riad Ayadina again. Keep the good job up! Maria, little Antonio & Agustin

The Riad was very characterful with traditional Moroccan furnishings. The staff, particularly Nourredine, the head waiter , were all very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the Riad was right on the northern tip of the Medina, about 30 min walk from the main square (or a 5 Euro taxi ride). We would thoroughly recommend this Riad to anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful oasis in bustling Marrakesh. Robert and Elaine

My stay at the riad, as a solo traveller, was one of the best stays in Morocco. Christine, the owner, and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming and paid attention to my every requests. Chirstine was always there and made it a point to personally meet all the guests to make sure that everything was to our expectations. As I have high BP, they catered for my requests for salt free meals and made sure I lacked for nothing during me stay. Riad Ayadina itself is beautiful place, tastefully decorated and confortable. Its location close to the gate 11 made it easy to access transportation outside the medina for excursions and other outings without having to go through the medina. I will definetely recomment Riad Medina to my friends and family and stay there again, for its authenticity and the hospitality provided to visitors.

There are not enough superlatives. After several days working in the city decided to treat myself to two nights in Marrakech's tourism wonderland (because what a lot of tourists see is not real life for Moroccans). It was worth it. I had an amazing time at Riad Ayadina, such beautiful rooms, restful sleep, comfy bed and such a beautiful place altogether with olive and palm trees growing in the courtyard, all those amazing tiles everywhere and a giant copper bathtub in my room as well as a sweet little terrace. All the rooms are somehow scented like orange blossom! The decor has been beautifully considered. The riad is in a converted old fort on the outskirts of the Medina, at the opposite end of all the shops in the bazaar - it's about a 25 minute walk to the bazaar but I chose this spot because I don't like being in the middle of all the madness in the Medina/Souk and also because it's really easy to get a car, they pull up just behind the riad in a big parking lot. Best of all: The staff and owner. Incredibly caring, friendly, kind and considerate. When the ladies who work here saw that I had put an extra blanket on my bed, they set up a heater in my room and gave me extra blankets without even asking. I am somewhat embarrassed to say that they (unexpectedly) cleaned all my crap up, folded my clothes, as if it was a luxury cruise ship...twice! Five-star service. I ate dinner here both nights and it was delicious. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of little treats like home-made yoghurt, Moroccan crepe, fresh French pastries and fresh fruit. It would have been lovely to sit on the terrace but it was raining while I was there, I did sit in the sun reading my book all day though and almost went for a swim. I note that some people complained about the noise outside but it's really not that bad, just the quiet hum of traffic in the background, and hardly a problem unless you're coming from the countryside. I also had a private hamam and massage trea**ent here. The cellars under the fort have been turned into a spa...this was not a traditional hamam but it was wonderful nonetheless and good value for money. This is my fourth time in Morocco and I have never been anywhere as wonderful as Riad Ayadina - the city can be a little overwhelming, most people here make a living from tourists and it can be a little pressured. Riad Ayadina is a wonderful oasis away from all of that. I cannot recommend it highly enough and have already sent first-time-in-Morrocco friends here! Thank you for the wonderful two day break to all at the Riad. You're all awesome!

Have stayed in Many riads over the years, this one is mid range in my opinion . We had a lovely warm welcome from Nedjet, very helpful and warm lady. Had dinner first night which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our sleep however the first night was disturbed throughout. First by pots and pans banging and later on, loud shouting, banging of doors, people moving around noisily. The mattress is also very hard and pillows too high. The breakfast was varied and interesting. The massage I had was the best ever, the man was extremely professional and knowledgable. We don’t normally stay at this end of the medina and it was good to discover another route with different restaurants and shops. In future though we will stay nearer the centre. Riad Ilayka is superb, the best riad so far we had stayed in. We had a thoroughly good trip but on our last day, at breakfast, we were finishing up and the waiter came in the room, looked at us and sighed, then said something under his breath. This has unfortunately tarnished our stay. He obviously wanted us to leave the room but we were only finishing our coffee and chatting. Incidentally, I thought from the beginning of our stay he appeared a little passive aggressive.

Had the most amazing stay, right from communication from *********** to arrival. Delayed flight didn’t affect anything. Transfer was right outside and booked via the riad. Very pleasant. The staff are amazing. Had a lovely meal on arrival and nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast is outstanding there are just no words. And the best bit of all no choice. They just bring you it and it’s a delight every day from breakfast to dinner. There is a choice at lunch but we were out & about. The chef must be magic. Rooms are traditional, clean and impeccable. The staff treat you like kings and queens and certainly like family. Had a massage in the spa and was amazing. Just relaxing and hit the spot, just to start off our trip and make you feel like your on cloud 9. Nothing is to much trouble and they take so much care and attention. Abdu is a gem and i would pack him in my suitcase if I could. C

If you want the Marrakesh experience stay here it’s a beautiful place, rooms are very traditional, we had a small balcony and the bathroom was amazing ! Staff will help and advise you on any enquiries, and look after you for all your needs. Food is lovely , after a hectic day there is a terrace on the roof with chairs, sun beds and you can grab a cold beer/wine
